Ogier? I'll have to read that book sometime....but they could shape their houses by their magic....although I'm particaully annoyed about the lack of a good villian....that elf was ok then he kinda backed off. I hope if they do a movie for Eldest they portray him right.

moghedien_42 Sure they have great story lines, but lets face it they were poorly written. He kept switching writings styles every other paragraph, and I found his sentence structures odd. It really pained me to read the books, the only thing that kept me reading them was the story line. (even though they are just a mixure of other books and movies put together.) i dissagree i think it was brilleantly writton and had an even better story line i think it is 1 of the best books i have evry read!

Ouch, spelling dear...What do you people think of the smaller details that may be missed out, like for example the colour of Arya's hair. According to the book its supposed to be black right?

Mage: Yes, the Latin is Agelus..
Sorry I wrote it wrong.
Kairi: Oh what are you reading, if you don't mind me asking.
What type of stories do you write?
Pocky: Well that's good,
I am glad to hear that you are doing better.
Though, was something wrong?[/size]

Lol, actually I agree with that, there are so many other books that are better than Eragon. Wonder why they didn't choose to do those as movies?

The people that would be doing the movies would destroy the books, and then have an angry mob after them!

So your thinking there is no hope for this movie? I still think if they are able to sufficiently give reasons for changes and/or cut out bits, then its ok.

On some books, if they cut out some parts they thought unimportant, then they might find that on in the series that they cut out one of the most important things. (That would probably be the case with WoT, they are such a big series that they would have to cut some things out, but every little detaile is important to something that happens later on in the books. They are making a movie of WoT, but I am not happy at all, they'll ruin it!)

At least the scenes will be nice though...its a little more tangible than your own imagination so to speak. As long as they onnect properly unlike the last Harry Potter movie. Seriously if you didn't read the book thoughily you would have a really hard time following the movie plot.

But then again, that will be like a lot of other books to. (Yes the last Harry Potter movie really bothered me. They didn't even add S.P.E.W! or Winky, and it was a bit messed up!)

I think both books were very good. I can't wait for the 3rd book to come out.

Wheel of Time. Best fantasy novel ever you should read them, any fantasy freak has read them, and most of them are way obsessed, (I count myself as one of those people!) I cant tell you to much about it, or I'll end up giving away the spoilers to the whole book. redface So anyway there are 11 books in the series, soon to be 12, (which is the last one) He has 1 prequal out, and is working on two more. So get the first one from the library, (The Eye of the World!) and be happy while you eat cake! So hooray for Jimmy! 4laugh
