Hey guys,
my dad got me into Dune. when I said I wanted to read it ordered the whole series (the ones by Frank Hubert). at the moment I'm 2/3 in Chapterhouse. I love his works and my dad suggested I don't read the ones by Brian Hubert...not that good. Anyways what got me interested was when I saw the movies Dune and Children of Dune (the more recent ones with Alec Newman and not the one with Sting and Patrick Stewart).
I really like the way Frank Hubert developed the characters and the way he made the society work. It's amazing he was able to write things so deep. (although sometimes you got to read it more than once at the end it strangely makes sense)

Hi, you can call me Siara or Si. I saw the movie when I was younger and wasn't to taken with the series but after the miniseries I really got into it so bought all the books and read them and I've been a Dune fan ever since.
