Well, the biggest piece of evidence is when she saves him from Tayuya and he says that she has a "scary but beautiful" smile. There are more, but not as obvious as this.

But I haven't seen that scene in either the anime or the manga and I've read as much as they have so far. That could very easily be a really well-done photoshopped picture. But I still think that Shikamaru and Temari and the most likely couple so far, although I think Lee and Sakura is coming close too. But as for Temari and Shikamaru...she does talk with him while he's waiting at the hospital for Chouji. I thought that rather random. IDK I just can't wait to see how stuff turns out. ^^

St.Ladybug Okay everyone is right.. there is nothing like true yet or any proof of any pairings. but, there are many hints that temari likes shikamaru, in episode 216 when temari goes and saves all the little people he kind of blushes and she starts flirting, and he was trying really hard to follow temari after they go and find sasuke.. Lol forgive my fangirl-ness...OMG did you see episode 217?! Ok, now that I've gotten that out of my system...lol. Like the first 5 minutes of the episode is all ShikaTema-ish. And then the last few, too. I'm really starting to think that it will actually happen in the anime. ^^
