I liked the moomins. I had a moomins bed sheet. And I read the books and had a colouring in book. It was a long time ago.

I agree that spatulae would probably be the most strictly correct plural. "Spatular" is a very Tolkien-esque plural. The crucial point is to make the distinction between Quenya and English. However, the most commonly used is probably spatulas, asnd is perfectly acceptable English. It's like using an apostrphe on "bus" or "flu".
A more interesting pluralisation question is that of the word "mongoose". One would think that the most natural plural would be either "mongeese" or "mongoose". However, I think I read somewhere that the plural is in fact "mongooses", although that could well be totally wrong. Discuss.
Nonononono! You cannot make a yoghurt guild/GBG thread to a formula! The off-topic-ness and white text has to be a purely natural occurence!
