*waves hello* One die-hard cheese addict here. My favorite type overall is goat's milk cheese, and just last week I was introduced to what I thought was some variation of brie, only to be informed it was a sheep's milk cheese. OMMMMGGG. *dies happy*
Favorite cheeses: Selles-sur-Cher (ooh, cheesegasm), Chabichou de Poitou (another cheesegasm!), Chevriot, Crottin de Champcol (seeing a goaty theme here? hehe), Affidelice Berthaut, a really good fresh mozzerella, a really well-aged name-controlled Parmesan, Wensleydale.
Unfortunately (or fortunately, as the case may be) the closest good cheese stores, the type of store that carries this sort of thing, are in Pasadena and Beverly Hills.
If you ever want to talk cheese, message me *any* time. I'll blather on all day. *giggling* Who would have thought moldy, rotten milk could taste so *sublime?*

Anything else: As I said earlier, my nickname is Maruchan, because of my love for Instant Lunch. During our 5 days without power after the wrath of Hurricane Wilma, I came across Cheddar Cheese flavor Maruchan Instant Lunch. Although I am an avid cheese lover, I must say, those noodles...
are an acquired taste.

i have just been accepted into the cheese guild. *smiles*
i love all cheese, but my favorite would have to be: Cheddar and i also am quite fond of cream cheese.^^
