Anyway, the agenda tonight is to kick back with a homework free night and pop Megazone23 in the PS2 for a little Rn'R...........

SCORE! Found the OVA of Shin Getter Robo Vs. Neo Getter Robo! In a game shop, in Florida, on my luck.

All that going against me, I manage to find this without any intent of seeking it. There's some luck to put any pilot with Kou'un to shame!

The subbing is horrible and babelfishy, but that doesn't take away from the Getter Goodness!

Groan...........Great Dangaioh HAS to go at that price or nobody will buy it. Got one DVD to test the water. Never touching that cold putrid pool again. If you can smash a giant empire in a single day (Which takes most Super Robots an entire season), you can't go to the "enemy-of-the-week" scenario (Which most Super Robots follow to the trashing of the empire) and struggle with it. You can't be Kaiser one day and Z the next.

And there's nothing wrong with liking G-Gundam. Not liking the other series?..........does not compute.

The BEST thing to ever come of Gundam Wing was a list regarding all the reasons why it sucked so bad. Gundam Wing is just something to get people hooked on Gundam. They come for Wing Zero and they stay for White Base.

But first, lemmee say a few things. You really have to have seen Gundam Wing and had something of a liking for it to get the most out of the list. Gundam Wing broke me into the mecha genre, but it only became a bit goofy once people analyzed everything in it (As right as they are). This is great for a quick laugh.

Also, regarding Mazinger Z, I heard ADV put their hands on it and Getter Robo for American release. No info on WHEN, but keep an eye out, y'hear?

On a side note, I hope Kouji gets a better English voice actor for Z than he did in Kaiser. Kaiser's English Kouji was alright, but I just felt a little something missing.........that little extra oomph that makes me wanna yell "FIRE BLASTER".

On the other hand, I found Dr.Hell and Baron Ashura to have very nice voicing, even if Dr.Hell sounded a bit like Dr.Saotome from Shin!! Getter Robo Armageddon (Which WOULD make sense).

Ah well. Thats why we have the Japanese options.
