Ok people...before you say anything about this one...its about something that happened...or rather I wish didn't happen to me...but whatev...
Gone
When you left me You took my heart and soul My thoughts were of you I cried more and more You took away the reason I took a breath every day Now I just sit here, cry, and pray It was a journey meant for us two Now we walk it alone Trying to figure things out Yet still no clue Now I turn my back and give you your space With only the memory of touching your face.

Champagne
Champagne and chocolate are they forever? Do they go together like the earth and weather?
I don't know I've never tasted I've viewed and chased it But I've never tasted it
Champagne, so unique shall never be wasted, not upon my lips I look up view crystal wine glass lips bubbling calling me for a sip.
but I'm so low and born to serve a chocolate sweet, tempting hors d'oeuvre. I yearn to sip but I've no nerve sitting on this fine China curb.
Wondering how we correlate how everyone says that we taste great together, as if an act of Fate... And still and still I've yet to taste Champagne and chocolate are they forever? Do they go together like the earth and weather?
I don't know, I've never tasted, I've viewed and chased it but I've never tasted
Champagne

Beach Chairs Sitting on the beach chairs watching the setting sun holding hands and reminiscing how it all begun
Sitting on the beach chairs watching the ships out on the sea holding hands and smiling together we're meant to be
Sitting on the beach chairs watching people walking past holding hands and knowing that our love will always last
Sitting on the beach chairs watching the waves along the shore holding hands we realize our love is stronger than before
Sitting on the beach chairs watching the changing tide holding hands with happiness to be by each others side
Sitting on the beach chairs watching the sunrise holding hands with tears of joy there are no more good-byes

Broken Inside...
Look deep into me, tell me what you see. A broken image? A cold empty shell? This world is brining me down to my knees. A choking grip so tight, I fear the night descends.
How deep the river of fate In the silence of the hours late I saw my other self She had a smile carved in her face.
Reminding me of days past, things were never the same And time passed on, brought little hope The grief that collapsed my soul Once held, theres no return...
Look deep into me, see what I've become. No reflection, what I used to be The days which linger ever on They all seem the same now Memories killed my longing soul. Once alive, Never to return...

Life is a Prison
Life is a prison, Oh God let me out. No one to listen, To hear when you shout.
Climb the walls of insanity, Ride the waves of despair. If you fall it don't matter, There's no one to care.
Used to wish for a window, To see birds, trees and sky, But you're better without one - Stops you aiming too high.
Watching freedom is painful, For those locked away. Seeing joy, love and happiness, Another price that you pay.
Strong is good, weak is bad. Be it false, be it true. Your mind makes the choice, And enforces it too.
Cell walls built by society, With rules to adhere. If you breach the acceptable, You had better beware.
Hide the pain, carry on, Routine is the key. Don't let on that you're not, What you're pretending to be.
Lock it all up inside you, How badly that bodes. Look out for that one day, When it all just explodes.
Leaving naught but a shell, Base functionality too. But killing all else, That was uniquely you.
So how do you grow, With a timebomb inside? Or how to defuse it, Without destroying its ride?
You can't.

Lost Love
We used to sit under this tree And watch as the sun would set Crying tears over you Now all alone I watch As the moon rises Its light no longer fills me with joy Only sad memories of when we were young As I held your hand the sun would weep for us Crying over our sweet love But now that is no more Our love lay shattered on the floor Your face still hunts me here I try to wash away your love But it has stained my heart I wish to kiss your lips And dance with your hips But you are just a ghost to me Just a bad memory

I like this one, lost love... Memories are always beautiful when painted with the moonlight...
But personally, I like Champagne. It's unique, and there's much more going on there than what appears on the surface. Questions, answers, and symbols. Very well done.
Of course, I have to say all of your poetry is fairly impressive. Thanks for showing these to the world.
