"Guess so," he said half-gruffly, just his way of saying things. She undoubtedly knew what he liked anyway: pretty much any sort of meat.

Finding bacon, she put it and some butter in a pan, along with a few spices. It didn't need them, but she liked it that way.

"Sweep the dirt outside and make sure it doesn't end up on the steps!" she yelled over the bacon sizzleing. Finishing the pound, she turned the stove of, letting the grease cool. She put the bacon on a plate and walked out to the common room, sitting down at the bar. Munching on a piece she watched him and went through a mental checklist of what she needed to do.

Ekoz walked down the stairs from her room slowly. She smelled bacon. Bacon. Just bacon. Why not eggs, bread, anything else? "Maybe I'll make pancakes to go with my bacon," she mused as she slipped into the kitchen, tying an apron around herself.

Finishing the what she wanted (there's still over half of the bacon left), she left the plate on the counter for Rrazpe and went into the kitchen, taking the bread out of the oven and setting the loaves on the counter to cool. "Ekoz, we'll need a menu, can you make one? I can send Rrazpe to get any supplies you need."

Ekoz rolled her eyes and said, "Sure." She grabbed a loave and bit off a piece. Being a shadow it didn't burn her. "You mean for the guests? Shall I make seperate ones for different mealtimes or one for all?"
Kiwi blinks. "See you later."

"One for lunch and dinner, they can be the same, but have a special or something at dinner, perferably something different each night. Like, Monday's are this, Tuesdays are this, ect. And, only eat that loaf. We need the others for later. We don't need actual copies of the menu for the guests, just a main one for waiters, once we get some."

Rrazpe finished sweeping, doing as he was told, and then went after the rest of the bacon. He ate most of it, since it would probably be his only meal for the night anyway.

"Could you go make sure we have enough firewood please? I'd hate to run out, and I think we were a bit low..." she said, going upstairs to make sure the rooms were in order.(clean and stuff)

"Alright," he said, his job description hadn't included that but it didn't matter anyway. He went outside, shifted form, and half-flew-half-ran to the forest. He found a big fallen log out of some curious luck, and then picked it up and lugged it more slowly back toward the tavern.

"There," she sighed, pinning it to the kitchen door as a reminder. "I hope she doesn't want me cooking on weekends." That said to the air, Ekoz checks the day- it's Monday- and, since breakfast is passed, she writes up a list of ingredients for Rrazpe to get for her like Saro said he would. When the list is finished she gets up and goes hunting for him.

"Firewood's out back," said Rrazpe as he walked in, having just dragged it there. He shifted back to the human-like form, and sat down and panted for a few minutes to cool himself off.
