Does anybody know why the word 'Champloo' is in the title? Or is that like a special plot secret. I really hate how they draw Fuu's nose. Every body else gets a nice, defined nose and then Fuu's over here with a little triangle in the middle of her face. Ugh. But otherwise, the animation pwnz.

Also, Jin. He made the best face ever while playing [read: breaking the strings on] that...thing he had. You know. AHAHAHAHAHA.

It seems to me that Fuu gets captured by someone every single ********' episode and that Jean and Mugen have to get her free. In the 1st episode she's in jail for something, the second she's captured by that crazy guy, the third and fourth she's captured and thrown in a brothel, and the fifth an artist decieves her and she's captured and going to be put on a ship to go to Europe as a sex slave. I would hate to have to rescue her all the time and then get constantly nagged about keeping a promise I made.

PS: Aside from pigging out? She seems to manage keeping two extremely volatile men totally totally WHIPPED pretty well. It must be her boobs.

You know, I only recently learn that sunflowers do infact have a smell. Which is funny because my backyard had been full of them every summer since for ever. I was like "Samurai that smells like sun flowers? What?" and then I took it upon myself to smell one. Not bad.

I think I've decided that I hate Fuu at this point, but will keep watching for Mugen. And possibly Jin [Another thing I recently learned: Jin. Pronounced like 'Jeen' instead of the way I say it, which is more like 'Gin'. I like my way better]

What was the technique the killer samurai was using on episode 10? He used a type of wind power to make blood gush out of you w/o leaving any marks. Is it a real technique or a made up one?

I imagen it was made up, at least partially. Could have been based on legends or something.

I want to take up Capoeria, which I think is probably the closest real-life equivalent to that break-dance fighting Mugen does. I've wanted to for such a long time. Since I first play Tekken. I used to refer to it as 'Eddy dancing' after the Tekken character who used it before I finally figured out what it was for really called.
