chaos.ultima.mage Keeper of the Seven Keys I've heard they are a great band and that I should check them out. others may say otherwise, but i'd strongly suggest listening to Winterheart's Guild first. Winterheart's Guild is very good. I really liked Silence 3nodding

For the most part, I like them. My favorite songs by them are Wildfire, Wolf and Raven, The Cage, Black Sheep and Black Diamond. But I dont really like the rest of their stuff. One of the previous posters said it correctly... they seem kinda emo im disguise. Full moon is an example of this.

I love Sonata Arctica! I have every studio album except for Reckoning Night. Tony Kakko has an awesome voice. My favorite songs are False News Travels Fast, Destruction Preventer, Full Moon, 8th Commandment, The Cage, and Wolf and Raven.
@Twilight_Titan: What are you talking about? Full Moon is about a guy who is turning into a werewolf and accidentally kills his girlfriend. What is so emo about that? o__O

Sonata Arctica is my FAVORITE band of all! They are so amazing!!! My favorite songs have gotta be:

My Selene
White Pearl, Black Oceans...

Black Sheep
Abandoned, Pleased, Brainwashed, Exploited
The Cage
Yeah, I really love 'em all, those are just the ones I gotta listen to at least 5 times a day XD
I'm so excited!!! They are coming to NY, September 28th!!! I CANT WAIT!!!

No love for Mary-Lou? I'm not as much a fan of the lyrics, but the music, I think, is among SA's best stuff and it's currently my favorite song just for that.

Sonata was the first power metal band I ever heard, and they are my favorite. It was them that made me want to join a band.

Sonata Arctica were like the second power metal band I ever heard. "San Sebastian" and "Fullmoon" were the first songs to get me into them. I have "Successor" and "Reckoning Night" and I'm hoping to get "Ecliptica" pretty soon. They're a decent enough band, I'd like it if they toured the UK.
