That really wasn't something I was expecting.

I used to be a cashier at a supermarket, but one night the manager decided to be a d**k to me. We all know what followed. I subsequently lost my job. I now work at a Miami Subs near me.

I'll post mine when Kiretsu posts "her's". A fair trade.

Name:
Ben(jamin)

Most common nickname first:
Gloin, Benito, Wanda (Don't ask), Monkey (I had no idea...)

Favorite type of Music:

Favorite Beverage:
Mountain Dew: Code Red

Favorite Quote:
"How can I tell that the past isn't a fiction designed to account for the discrepancy between my immediate physical sensations and my state of mind?"
-The Ruler of the Universe

"Protect me from knowing what I don't need to know. Protect me from even knowing that there are things to know that I don't know. Protect me from knowing that I decided not to know about the things that I decided not to know about."
-An Old Man

"Population of the Universe: None
It is known that there are an infinite number of worlds, simply because there is an infinite amount of space for them to be in. However, not every one of them is inhabited. Therefore, there must be a finite number of inhabited worlds. Any finite number divided by infinity is as near to nothing as makes no odds, so the average population of all the planets in the Universe can be said to be zero. From this it follows that the population of the whole Universe is also zero, and that any people you may meet from time to time are merely the products of a deranged imagination."
-The Hitchhiker's Guid to the Galaxy

"We have nothing to fear but fear itself."
-FDR

"Give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe."
-Abraham Lincoln, the Best President ever =O

A Quote of your Own:
s**t happens, and then you die.

Pic (If comfortable): Look in the picture thread. Or just ask.

First Name: Brandon

Nicknames: Price, P, BP (no, it's not really my last name), the Jackabastard.

Age: 23

Education: College dropout, student of (and for) life.

Job Status: Employed by a managed security firm in PA. But you all knew that.

Interests outside of Computers: I know Kung Fu. Really. My interests include beer, dancing, going out with friends, and security. I enjoy things that take time and consideration -- I adore art, particularly film and music. I love expressing myself in dancing and writing. I'm a firm believer in delving into life and trying to learn as much about everything as possible.

A little about yourself: As stated above, I have a wide variety of shifting interests, but I tend to group them into a few areas.

Physically, I'm a fitness fiend. I love kung fu, and I kill myself regularly with the crossfit fitness program. I want to be physically prepared for anything.

Intellectually, my main pursuits are mathematics and security. I have a budding interest in philosophy. I generally enjoy any logical intellectual pursuit (though I have no love for psychology).

Artistically, I'm a dancer and writer. I have a healthy appreciation for music, drama, and film. I'm also turning into less of a cretin about visual art.

Socially, I classify myself as an alpha geek. Whereas an alpha male seeks to be domineering, I simply seek to be the best informed and the one with the quickest wit. I love going to the bars with friends. I'm probably C&T's resident beer king, amongst other things. smile

Spiritually, I have no god. My leanings take me towards Taoism.

There's plenty more to me, but I really can't lay everything out here. I'm opinionated on a lot of things, and enjoy a solid discussion. I welcome anyone to drop by #C&T and chat a bit.

Favorite type of Music: Breakbeats!

Favorite Movie: This is damn hard... Hunt for Red October is my guilty pleasure movie, but favorite... Maybe Fight Club?

Favorite Beverage: Beer - Victory Golden Monkey
Liquor - Grey Goose Martini, Straight Up, Dry and Dirty
Other - Pepsi

Favorite Pass time activity: Passing time is all about reading up on the hax0ring or kung fu.

Favorite Quote: You are not a beautiful and unique snowflake.

A Quote of your Own:  I'm not a masochist; I'm just trying to enjoy every moment.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention I'm sarcastic, very sarcastic. If I were a superhero, that would be my power.
