i didnt say that Kiritsugu is the most powerful master. i said that he was the perfect ideal Master. his abilities and mentality suits him to be the most formidable and adapt mater, nothing about him having massive raw power.

It isn't much? I dunno... Their art got a lot better after Tsukihime... so... eh... Fate/Stay Night looks quite a bit more extreme...
Aside from that... a lot of games don't focus on the hentai.
