It can memorize any standard form of jutsu with perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as his own. In order to reproduce copied jutsu, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. The Sharingan's second ability is granting the user incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to track fast-moving objects with ease and even predict the subsequent movements of those objects. The Sharingan's third capability is a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent. After Sasori's death, Tobi takes his ring, position, and partner (Deidara) in Akatsuki, thereby becoming a full member. Tobi's personality is at odds with the standard amongst Akatsuki members; while most are dedicated and serious, Tobi is more carefree and goofy. These personality traits tend to irritate Deidara, who often attacks Tobi in a comical fashion whenever Tobi unintentionally annoys him. Kisame Hoshigaki, on the other hand, appreciates Tobi's ability to brighten up their "gloomy organization". After Deidara's suicidal final attack against Sasuke, which Zetsu speculates might have also killed his partner,Tobi is shown to be alive and giving orders to Pain, until then the ostensible leader of Akatsuki. During their conversation, he refers to himself as Madara Uchiha. As Madara, Tobi's personality and speech become completely different, with much less formal diction and a more typically 'villainous' arrogance. It seems, however, that he still has some vested interest in maintaining the illusion of himself as the carefree Tobi, as he reverts to this personality upon encountering a group of Konoha ninja. Bio/Background: Nothing is known about him, because he doesn't like to talk about it. However part of his past is revealed with the collar on his neck. The collar is obviously loathed by the wolf as he has tried frantically to get it off. It is near impossible to get off. Everytime anyone comes near it, their only weakness appears so that they are unable to penetrate and reach the collars weak point. What is the weak point? Find out.
Pet: None.
Extra: He's pretty friendly despite the situation that he's in. He's forced to obey orders given directly to him, which is a good way to piss him off.

Bio/Background: Jessica comes from a secluded village. Just like her family, she was brought up to be a ninja. Everything thrown at her, she seemed to master. The only jutsu she never perfected was the art of disappearing and reappearing. When many more villagers became skilled nin, she decided she no longer had to stay in her village. She was always welcomed back with open arms if she ever decided to return. She now travels the world, hoping to become skilled at many more things. She stumbled upon the Crystalized City one day. She lived in the mayor's house with the mayor, because she never took the time to bother him about a house. She later left the city, returning to her village. She felt uneasy about leaving the village. When she returned, she found her village under attack. She did decide to return at the right time. After standing among her old friends and family, they defeated the force that had come to destroy the village. She rejoiced with them but began to feel bad about leaving the city. As quick as she returned, she decided to head back. So, her journey seemed to begin again.

When he became eighteen, he decided to persue his career. He first studied in scientific engineering. He learned how to make many weapons while in this course of study. Albert then decided to change his studies slightly. He came into the genetics side of the sciences. Albert always wanted to create the perfect human. During his time, genetic science wasn't all that great. So, he quit from his job and began to travel the world. Albert came along a demolished town. Near the town square, was a sword slammed into the concrete. Albert approached the sword, hearing whispers as he came closer. He would grab the sword by the handle and attempt to pull it from the ground. The sword electrocuted him, as Albert pulled it slowly out of the ground. After pulling the sword out, he could hear a deep voice in his head. The sword then slowly fused with Albert's body, making him a demon. Two-hundred years passed, Alvert traveling the world still. He then decided to jump back into his genetics profession again. The sword would instruct Albert along the way with his profession. One night, Albert snuck into a nearby village. He kidnapped a girl named Karen, and Albert began to test on this girl. He spliced genes into her and allowed them to grow while she was unconscious. Seeing that the genes grew further than planned, Albert retrieved the genes from Karen and returned her to the village again. He then began to grow another lifeform. This girl looked just like Karen, but was different in all aspects. When the village nearby was attacked and destroyed, Karen disappeared along with the village. Albert knew she wasn't dead yet, so he raised Bell to become a beastlike monster. At Bell's eighteenth birthday, Albert sent her out into the world to find Karen. He then continued to create more scientific weapons in his lab. After some time, Albert decided to go find Bell. He left his lab behind and came across a city.Pet: NoneExtra: Albert has a human form and demon form. Albert looks about eighteen years old. Bell's "father". Yes, the SoulSword is from Dragon Warrior/Quest 7. It does shatter the souls of people. But, that will only be used against NPC's. When used in a fight against real characters, the SoulSword will not be able to shatter a soul so easily. Unless, you want your soul shattered. While in human form, Albert is the only one who can hear the SoulSword. When in demon form, he uses the SoulSword and everyone can hear the thoughts of the sword. This is one of my[Karen's] mule accounts.
