he says with a sigh and falls asleep instataneously.

Ryokashi calmly walks out onto his porch and stretches, then sits down in a cushioned chair as he props his feet up on the wooden rail and looks out ahead feeling the cool breeze rush by.

Elena wanders down the path toward Ryokashi's house. Her thick wooden sandles slap against the ground in a rythmic fashion. "Hello..?"

"Hello there neighbor! Just came to welcome you to the village!" She pulls a small covered dish out from the folds of her kimono and heads for the steps to give it to him. "Here's some dumplings for you to eat. Made 'em myself!"

Ryokashi nods and smiles as he gently takes the plate from her hands
"thank you! they smell great! would you like to come in and have some with me?"
he asks politely as he scratches the back of his head

he says then walks into his kitchen
"would you like anything to drink? I have pretty much anything.."

Ryokashi nods as he pours two cups of tea, then carries them to the table, sets her cup down in front of her and sits down across from her as he helps himself to a dumpling
"wow these are the best dumplings I've tasted.."
he says then takes drink of his tea

She slowly eats her dumpling, her chopsticks clicking against the plate. She drinks a bit of her tea, then replies, "Thank you. I work hard at my cooking."
