-about character- Rakiou was raised by his parents, but he always had an overexcessive amount of energy,he'd do things and think about them later.And that caused him to get into alot of trouble.He's not the brightest bulb but,when he gets antagonized and angry, he has been known to get alittle aggressive and became a bit of a threat to others.
