What I want to know is what he eats. And come to think of it, there are a few animals in the Griffen house hold. Brian, of course, but there's also the Giant Squid. What do these mystery pets live off of? And do they all party when the Griffens aren't home? Cuz I'd want to go to that party, goin' through the Monkey's stash, breaking down the walls with the Squid. Awesome.

The evil monkey is just there to point and stare the "STARE OF D00M" at whoever passes by. One time Peter mistook the monkey for Meg:
Peter: Waaah! *runs through the hall, crying*
*Evil monkey points at Peter and stares evilly*
Peter: Not now, Meg!! *runs into the bathroom and locks himself in*
