HQ range from 1.3mil to 4mil on my server, however I didn't have to buy mine xp . I run a legit and fair casino and if you don't have gil I will take item bets after I check Jueno AH for current going price of item. A 72 blm was betting, lost all his gil (21mil) so he put up all his staves to try and win it back. It was a 15.3 mil bet and he lost, he was slightly upset for loseing 36.3 mil to me but his mule had about 200mil on it. He had a KC that I wanted but I didn't have the funds to back up that bet, Kraken Club is 300mil on Hades.

The Real Batosai Wow i have ike 40 on my blist. ppl to lazy to make gil any other way so they make a casino. ppl who runthem are lazy and people who bet in them are retarted. lol people who run the casino are quite smart i guess? but i do agree that people who bet on them are somewhat retarded because most casinos mean your luck is way down there >.>

stare paralize was being evil yesterday...couldn't get it to stick at all. and this is with capped enfeebling, +10 enfeebling in gear, ice staff and mnd gear...and on ice day.

It all depends on your job, as a BRD you want light and dark same with red mage, the others are really nessary on rdm, but on summoner and blackmage they are realllllly good to have, -2 pepration cost is enough reason to get them all along with the extra 10% on the other staffs for black mage, also if you get HQ it is 15% but thats not really worth 5mil per staff <.<

tested out wind staff on garuda. at the time I had auto-refresh, sanction refresh, and refresh from the rdm. I gained only 1 mp per tick with garuda out. Without the staff it's 4 mp per tick going down. I'm getting 5 mp per tick from all the buffs. Without wind staff, still 4 mp used up to keep garuda out. Frankly, I don't think the perpetual cost thing works, or my wind staff is broken.

it should be working, thats why all summoner switch it out try with out all the refresh stuff and then maybe you'll see it

How about you dont use refresh. Yeah.
First do it naked w/ no buffs. This way you can get something to compare against.
Now summon with the staff on and keep it on. Is there a difference, there should be. If not im not sure whats wrong but there should b -2 perpetuation cost.
