Classical Music, Jazz, Latin Music, Hip-Hop, and stuff from other countries really. Tibetan Throat Singing is a favorite of mine, classical japanese music (Shakuhachi flutes, Taiko drums, Shamisens). Flamenco music from Spain. Funk/Soul/Old R&B is a really big favorite of mine too. And I also like some Disco smile (Santa Esmerelda rocks wink )

I know, eh?

I was listening to the radio with my Dad one day and he said, "what about some oldies". That CCR song "Down on the Corner" was on. I stoped it there and said, "old enough for you? Hippy music." He said, "hey now, don't be dissin the hippies." What makes it so funny is that my Dad is almost on of those "good ol' boys" from the South. Except that he's not racist or stupid. But he acts like a good ol' boy. He likes to shoot things, ride on ATVs, wild about old cars, just about every nuetral stereotype. I love my Daddy. heart
Your Dad sounds cool. Wish he was my Dad too. But then I'd have two Dads. d'oh.

Hehe, my Dad is awesome. He's like a superdad. He puts up with my raging liberalness and has even let me make him swing more towards the left. Mwahaha.

I listen to a little bit of everything, depending upon what kind of mood I'm in. Indie Rock mostly, but blues and jazz in the evenings, and classical in the afternoons or when I'm searching for inspiration. heart

Classical, usually violin/cello or piano, but I'm very partial to the oboe. Really any classical type instrument, soft, sad, etc.
Goth, Industrial and some rock/J-rock.

Game music (does that count?), J-pop, J-rock, Swing, Latin pop, New Age, and classic rock.

Classical, oldskool hip-hop (almost only turntablism), Jpop/rock.
I used to listen to the Beatles (exclusively). Then I went into a rap phase, then into jazz (okay, Cowboy Bebop. Still...) before going into electronica.
