There IS some dispute regarding who the 'fifth' member of the Zaoldyeck family is, but I DO recall he was an _extremely_ old man (probably a mistake/joke Togashi-sensei forgot to get rid of or something). x_x;

I've never heard that before... The fifth child as far as I have heard from everyone else who knows about him says he is the second youngest born after Killua and before Karuto. precisely why his name is Aruka.

That was the great-grandfather! Believe me! That was no sibling of Killua's! xDD
When Illumi is hired by Kuroro to kill the godfathers, Kalluto and the great-grandfather accompany him. They never actually say that it's the great-grandfather, but common sense leads to that conclusion.
There is a great-grandfather, a set of grandparents, a set of parents, and five brothers in the Zoldyck family. This is stated in the fifth volume. If he's not the grandfather (and he isn't because Zeno is), he would have to be the great-grandfather. *nods*

I was wondering who that guy was. I think he only appears once in the anime. It was when Killua and Gon were being held captive by Nobunaga, and Killua was thinking about his family. He only appeared for a few seconds, though.
He's kinda buggy-looking, I think.

Oh... yes... that part... I recall it very well... i didn't realize though that it was the great grandfather... My friend had me believing it was Zeno... oh well... i guess that's what i get for not paying attention. bad translations make me angry... so at points i got frustrated with it.

He shows up once in the manga. Just once. He and Kalluto are standing at the door to the room where Illumi and the dead godfathers are.
Zeno looks much cooler than him. To be honest, he looks kinda like a really short, dried-up carcuss to me. xD

So true... But he's a great-grandfather, how exactly is he supposed to look? Come to think of it, I there's a couple Zoldyck family members they don't show. I wonder what they all look like...

The ones that they haven't shown are the fifth sibling and the grandmother (Zeno's wife). To be honest, I'd almost rather find out more about the grandmother than Alluka. x3

Like I said before... I know they show a picture of Aruka... but I don't believe they've ever introduced the grandmother... not even in the HxH character guide... then again... I haven't read it. ^^ I do wonder about her myself.

They haven't. Crusty old Great-Granpa (BTW: the books says his name is Mahha) is in there though. Funilly enough, the Zoldycks are listed in the "Black List" villians section. The closest you get to seeing Grandma and Aruka is a family tree in Killua's section. No pictures or anything. If anyone wants to try and decipher Grandma's name I can post a pic of the Kanji.

I see... that's very interesting. Uh... I certainly can't read kanji, but you're welcome to post it up just in case someone who can understand kanji posts in here.
