Well, there's this place called the Wonder Spot, where there's a hill or something that has stuff in it or whatever to assert gravity on the stuff around it. So there's a building there that got ripped over onto a slant, and everything leans towards the hill, and if you put water in a trough that's at an angle, it flows upwards towards the hill.
