Haha, it's okay. XD He does look a bit like Tom Cruise from that angle. Then again it might have to do with his facial expression O: I'm not sure.

XD
I love the Monopoly picture; I immediately saved it to my computer. Because there's not nearly enough good screenshots of the Young Ones to be found on the net, so I pilfer every one I can find.

Indeed. I actually have quite a few screenshots of the Young Ones on my computer. The 'capture frame' button on my computer's DVD player is one of my best friends. XD

[Shadow Alucard] Lawn Croquet The Young Ones is pretty short, it has 12 episodes. Each episode is about 36 minutes long, I think ooh that doesnt sound so bad..And a portion of each episode is taken up by a random appearance by an 80s band, like Motorhead, the Damned, and Madness, who were on twice.

Good God, I love the Young Ones. Found out about it from LAwn Croquet up there, then did some wikipedia research and youtube watching. Now I'm hooked from just clips. BBC played three episodes once a few weeks ago. I had them resorded, but when I went to watch them, they went Poof. Sadest day of my life. eek

especially if theyre any good :3It was also quite smart for the creators of the series to include the musical interludes, as it gave them a larger budget XD @Scum: DDD: That's sad, indeed.

@Lawn: XD and it also brings in a larger crowd right?I suppose it does. I hadn't thought of that before. O: I'd watch it especially if they had a band I liked :3I just looked up a list of bands that were on The Young Ones, and which episode each band was in. Episode; artist and song Demolition; Nine Below Zero Boring; Madness performing 'House of Fun' Bomb; Dexys Midnight Runners performing 'Jackie Wilson Said' Interesting; Rip Rig & Panic performing 'You're My Kind of Climate' Bambi; Motorhead performing 'Ace of Spades' Cash; Various artists performing 'Subterranean Homesick Blues' Nasty; The Damned performing 'Video Nasty' Time; Amazulu performing 'Moonlight Romance' Sick; Madness performing 'Our House' Summer Holiday; John Otway singing 'Body Talk' The second episode 'Oil' featured one of the cast members, Alexei Sayle, singing about Dr. Martens boots and the sixth episode 'Flood' doesn't have a music artist appear. I actually haven't seen all of the musical interludes, and I hadn't heard of quite a few of these bands until I watched the Young Ones. XD
