Red Crosell XIII Aerowyn Gainsborough Red Crosell XIII And yet again Red XIII/Nanaki is left out of the vote sad ...but I never cared for him as a damage dealer, He just looked awesome... But then again, the problems with FFVII and FFVIII that I know is theres little individuality between characters w/o going into individual stats and limits. The fact you can customize the characters how you like makes you determine their individuality. Although FFX wasn't much different in the long run, at the start it makes great individuality. IE: FFVII You can give any materia into anybody's weapon and copy it to others maybe even intentionally. FFVIII you basically WANT everybody to have the same things put on their stats, esp in the status and elemental defenses, which means little variation in the magic menu. FFX you start out with individuality, Lulu starts out Blackmage, Yuna Summoner/Whitemage, Tidus some kinda wierd Paladin (all the white magics and all), etc. But after a while you're forced to mix into character styles (my friend and I, if we can get flash software or something, wanna do an animation about what would happen if Yuna should go into Auron's section of the Sphere Grid... don't steal the idea.... YUNA SMASH!!!) So I would have to say that, the most powerful character in my opinion is... Kain from FFIV, the classic Dragoon! His Jump will (pardon my leet) pwn you! mrgreen NOTE: pwn is my word, it is the only leet word I use because it has a nice ring to it when you utterly defeat a monster or something. (Yes I actually SAY it.) I do not mean any disrespect by it. |Please forgive me. |My friend has spent so long on FFX he has actually put Yuna on everyone's line and she is really strong and I mean strong she could kill Sin in one hit!!!!!! eek Regular hit or magic? Well couldn't exactly 1-hit Sin unless you had Break Damage Limit, so I figured the Celestial Weapon part (because who really wants to get 60 Dark Matters to customize it themselves)

In ten I try to keep every one to a set class.
Yuna - Whitemage/Summoner
Rikku - Theif
Tidus - .... weird paladin is probably the best guess here with his limited white magic
Auron - TANK
Wakka - Ok he's an archer with a ball instead of a bow
Lulu - Blackmage
Kihmari - even though he has elements of being a dragoon(Jump) and a blue mage that is limited to his limit break. As a challenge I make him a red mage, decent fighting ability, and low to mid level black and white magic. He gets Ultima though solely because it is honestly the only spell in his section.

biggrin I know Wakka is'nt on the list , but in one of my FFX games I focussed on his magic stats and he became incredibly powerful , he was one of my most used mages!!!

I didnt really want Auron in my party so I taught all his breaks to Rikku, its quite funny to watch a 15 year old thief dealing out bucketloads of damage, shes still not as strong as my Yuna though

okay, really i am a biased freak, so i say cloud. ^_^
not that everyone else has their merits. (except tifa. i hate tifa)
i mean, i played ff-X but couldn't get the celestial weapons, so everone had 9999 hp and maxed out stats. but bahamut... it did 10297 damage!!! there's your real hero! whee i forgot how and why though.
(real story: had everyones best weapon, except wakka, but couldn't get all the power-ups...) (also: i suck at blitzball, but still love the sport. sweatdrop ) wakka's best weapon was this ball my dad customized for me. (he's like teh best at weapon making, i swear!!!)
lesee... i like rikku and yuffie! i mean, not many really like yuffie (cuz of the thieving) but she's the one i relate to most! youngest in the group, never taken seriously, but a power if developed right.
well, yeah. cloud and yuffie are my faves in ff-7.
auron and rikku are my faves in ff-10.
i like the others as well, just not as much.
(save for tifa once again. i just... don't really like her. she's a strong fighter tho, i give her that. *rubs where tifa hit*)

Yuffie is by far my favourite FF7 character. In second is Cid. They are both TANKS in my game. XD
In any case, I voted Auron on the poll, because I'm biased.

Aerowyn Gainsborough I'll vote Tifa because she was really cool in Final Fantasy Advent children when Fighting LozSo cool *remember,highlight to uncover possible spoiler message* I didn't vote for her. But I thought about it. Same reason.
