Talking strictly about the themes, my favorite is the one for the Seventh Doctor. Love the visuals, and the audio isn't bad, either...

My favorite is the current one, but I also have a soft spot for 4's theme, especially the part where his afro turns into the time vortex. It gives me fits of the giggles everytime.

All themes pale in comparison to the First Doctor theme. It's so very old, yet so very cool!
