i was in 2 haunted houses, the first one was for the art club at my ole high skool. it was based on movie monsters and I got to be Jason and did most of the makeup on the others. scared a group soo bad they knocked down 2 walls we had to hold the lines til we could fix em. the second time it was an insane asylum, it was pretty lame actually i just took the mic and sed creepy things to it and reached over a wall trying to snag people.

Sounds good. There is a book you can buy that shows a person how to make a profitable haunted house. It covers everything from raising money, room ideas and designs, and marketing. I can't remember what the name of the book was though.
Try looking at the Halloween Horror Nights website and look through their gallery of past attractions to see if you can get any ideas.
Hows about the classic half body scare? On top of the table there looks like a body in half while the person still moves and yells. The table actually opens up so the person can lay inside and slip their arms through holes. On top you could decorate it with gore and etc.
