Ferdir turned around to the sound of large thump. To his surprise a large gray furred beast stood in front of the group of five Pikken. Ferdir dropped his bow unkowingly from the awe he was in. After recovering from the surprise, Ferdir quickly picked up his bow and ran to get some distance. He was best when attacking from farther distances.
He slowly pulled an arrow out and began to aim it at the roaring beast who had just attacked poor Olivia. After pulling it back as far as he could on his bow, the sleepy Pikken let go. The arrow flew swiftly toward the large beast.

Fayre let out a small scream as she saw the large creature. Catching herself in time, she followed after Ferdir and ran to get some distance as well. Her shots were best from afar, she knew it.
Clutching the bow tightly, she aimed to the large beast. Pulling back on the string, her eyes closed, she let go as quickly as she pulled. The arrow flew toward the beast. "Please hit," Fayre said to herself as she opened one of her eyes.

Fayre hit by a wave of nausea after seeing the arrow of the other archer lodge into the beast's eye she covered a hand over her mouth. "Guh," She stated to herself before shaking her head. "I-I must go. S-Sorry," Fayre said.
She turned face and ran off.

How could he be sleepy at a time like this? Ferdir scratched his head as he watched the continuing action. The others were doing well. He was lucky on his first shot, but trying the same move probably wouldn't bring the same outcome. He looked at his arrows and picked out twelve. It was time for his arrowsquall.
