Now for my precious:
Hyren Deck
Magi: Yerthe Celebrated Hero Myka (Alteration!)
Creatures: x1 Cave Hyren x2 Sandstone Hyren x2 Rock Hyren x1 Monarch Hyren x1 Weave Hyren x1 Grass Hyren x1 Snow Hyren x1 Thunder Hyren x2 Mushroom Hyren x1 Mist Hyren x1 Magma Hyren x1 Ice Hyren x1 Ormagon (odd-ball!)
Spells: x1 Hyren's Call x1 Storm Cloud x1 Flood of Energy x1 Harmony x1 The Hunt x1 Cleansing x2 Shockwave x1 Thunderquake x3 Burrow x1 Equilibrate x2 Bottomless Pit x1 Impact x1 Crushing Fungus x1 Focus x1 Beam of Light x1 Maelstrom x1 Ummm... NO! x1 Flame Geyser x1 Aglo
Relics: x2 Staff of Hyren x2 Digging Goggles x2 Strag's Claws
Note: Out of fifty-some bazillion games, this deck has lost once, and only once. (To my other damn deck...)
New Revelation: This deck is miserable against discarding spell/power decks, and is good against creature-swarm, and Cawh/Mist Hyren-type monstrous creature decks. The only of the former I've played was against my Paradwyn/Cald deck, and my Hyren deck lost in three turns. crying

Kira Dwenna Does anyone have any suggestions for the creation of a deck completely built off of Universal Magi? biggrin I've had the idea for some time now, but only one Rayje, Tony Jones and Tuku. Any suggestions for the creation of a deck from the ground up with these three? xd go three Rayje's use Lore for first Rayje then use Willy on second and then you can use Rejuvenate every turn Helps with big Creatures. I would also use Keepers Staff to cut down on cost of Creatures. Hyren Call a Monarch Hyren is nice too. 7 for 9 isn't bad. Until TR comes out Universal Magi aren't very good...two words Crushing Will....

Heheh, sorry 'bout that. I didn't have enough time to post all that I had to say. So, I'll just conclude that it has to do with a Naroom/Weave deck. I'll put that thing up later... but I'm too lazy right now.

How do you think an Orothe / Paradwyn deck would turn out? I'm wondering if it would accompany Paradwyn better than my current Cald, and I'm having doubts, since it works so well...
I think I might put Valkan or Amanax to replace Magam, despite her undisputed coolness factor. xp

Here's a fun Shaper's Apprentice deck I built. It was based off a combo I got from Insiider. See if you can spot it.
Magi - 3 Kazm (Giant Baldar, Cleansing) Shaper's Apprentice (Greater Garganor, Sea Barl) Wessig (Jagged Rocks)
Creatures - 9 3x Sea Barl 3x Reef Hyren 1x Giant Baldar 2x Greater Garganor
Relics - 20 2x Agram's Plaything 3x Climbing Staff 3x Kybar's Scroll 3x Secrets of the Book 2x Gogor's Spade 3x Barqua's Bubble 3x Dewstone 1x Ritual Spear
Spells - 11 2x Cleansing 3x Jagged Rocks 3x Crushing Stones 3x Crushing Surf
If you can't see the combo, here it is: Kazm grabs Cleansing and Greater Garganor, cleanses Agram's Plaything to Kybar's Teeth, then harasses the hell out of the opponent. Then Whall flips up with his Garganor and Barl. Play the Garganor, when it dies, GOOD. Play Agram's Plaything, animate it into a 1E creature (for free), then use Whall's power to swap it with the Garganor! Suddenly you get a 10E beating stick for only 4E, and then you can use the Garganor's "Unearth" ability to get back the Plaything, allowing you to do it again next turn!
Wessig is the fallback plan, incase Whall drops, she shows up, grabs her starter, then Ritual Spears back to Whall, blowing up the board in the process.
Another interesting combo I found out by accident when playtesting against my Bograth/Core deck, the Garganor's only use isn't just recurring beatdown. If Whall is out of options, Dream Twist the Garganor back into play, Ritual Spear to Wessig, Unearth the Ritual Spear, and then Ritual Spear back to Kazm! Suddenly, it's Kazm with a one-turn Greater Garganor vs a creatureless opponent.

This is what you get when you take a guy who's played wacky combo decks in Magic for 10 years and introduce him to a game designed for wacky combo interaction.

Of course.
I played very little Magic, I found it kind of boring, since all of my friends had somewhere abouts a thousand cards, and I had... about fifty. xd
Needless to say, it mattered not how well I arranged the cards into a deck, I almost always lost.
So I chucked em'!
