This was probably my favourite Disney movie while growing up. ^^ I just loved everything about it. The characters, the animation and the music. My favourite song was probably Under The Sea and my favourite character was probably Sebastian. As for favourite scene... I really don't know. ^^;;

Grand movie....I'd have to say I was really really scared of Ursula when I was little...hehe...shes awsome....but my favorite character would have to be Scuttle, he rules!! My favorite parts are when the chef is chasing sebastien around...and the part when scuttle and all the other animals are trying to get Erik not to marry Ursula....oh its so much fun!!!But yes good movie....

UsagiBunny  Who here likes the little mermaid? My favorite character is Ariel and my favorite scene is the Kiss the Girl scene. 3nodding hi i loved the little mermaid .... that liked scene it was great .... the songs the best shaa....lalalalala...he gonna kiss girl... he gonna kiss the girl .... how cool are the songs... ~ ~under the sea~~ so... yeah... i like the songs...

I still watch it, 15 years on from its first release. I even have the first commercial release video that they banned because the cover was viewed "dangerous".
Jodi Benson does a terrific job as Ariel... I' m trying to collect ALL of the little mermaid cd's... which is kind hard coz I live ni Australia... stressed

Reiyuka I like Ariel's sisters in that movie. They're such ditzes. biggrin So cool. My favorite scene is the one where Chef Louis is preparing food and is singing that song, and my favorite song is the one Ursula sings on the boat when she's getting ready to marry Erik.
Ursula was a pretty cool villaines, although not my favorite. Anyone seen 'The Little Mermaid 2'? It may sound weird, but I really liked that one. And Ursula's sister (I don't remember her name) is such a funny villain. I really like her. Les poissons, Les poisson how I love les poissons!!!! 3nodding whee biggrin hahaha, I had a costume of Ariel when I was smaller and I wore it in the paddling pool and all the sequins came off the tail and floated in the water hahahaa, insaneness lol. My favourite scene is 'poor unfortunate souls' so cool heart whee I didn't enjoy little mermaid 2 tho sad redface crying xp

Man, I haven't seen this one since I was four-years old watching an Indian bootlegged videotape of it.....I can still remember all the words to "Part of Your World", though. Go figure.
I always thought the names Flotsam and Jetsam were cute.
Chef Louis is one cool cat, man.

I have the original cover, and my friend showed me why they recalled it... ew xp I ADORE Jodi Benson. She played Thumbalina, and I loved her in that. My first CD ever was songs from the Little Mermaid show.

The Little Mermaid is my all time fav. disney movie. I like when they sing "Under the Sea". I really like The Little Mermaid 2, but My mom won't buy iy for me.
