Perhaps. Maybe myself and the other mods should put together a specific time, "i.e. If a thread is not at all active for (insert some fair number) months, then a vote shall take place to delete it.".
Maybe, I think I'll look into it.

If anyone is truely interested in a One-on-One advertiseing thread, I would be glad to make it for you. Please PM me with any opions if you would, or wouldn't like a thread like this.

Alexi Draguer And there is my new roleplaying thread, "Therald College of Magic". It's in a fantastical setting. And as you can see, I am strongly against Oriental characters in fantasy lands which Oriental people don't exist. Same for anything else such as Russian or German etc, although I've never ran into a Russian or German character before, if some try to join my roleplaying thread, then I'll hastily add that to the rule list as well.
But here's a suggestion:
(1)Make allies or friends with other roleplaying guilds or non-roleplaying guilds you may like.
(2)Ask them if they would like to advertise your guild, in exchange for you advertising their guild, or in exchange for anything else.
(3)Try to do that with as many guilds as possible.
My guild is dieing (I don't own the guild, but I am the original creator of the roleplay, and still am, someone just hosts it for me) and I'm too busy to find guilds interested in advertising us. I want a good roleplaying guild like this one to advertise us though. I have a guild that's okay at RPing...You want me to ask?

A thread for discussing possible RPs would be cool. A place to discuss RP ideas, to announce new RPs, and actually find out who is interested in an RP.
Hmm...I might make it myself. If it offends you, feel free to delete it.

Well, I was just thinking that you should probably have a sticky thread for questions n.n;
Just my idea because I needed to ask something, yet I couldn't find the appropriate thread for such.

Hehe, did so yesterday ninja Anywho, I have another suggestion... Banners. A sticky for a Banners thread n.n And perhaps ask around to see if anyone has any ideas or any banners they can make...
I for one can probably make a few, with the help of my sister who knows how to use Adobe Photoshop...

i think that there are too many OOC topics on this main forum. i think the captians and vice captians should go through each one and delete the topics that aren't popular, are not currently being posted in, and or really aren't necessary to have on the main thread. and in their place putting topics that should be placed on the main forum.
example(s):
announcements/updates
banners
main ooc
new memeber/introduce yourself
questions
and something random like the famous quotes topic
another thing having a subforum for general discussions. like tv shows, current movies, etc. if you need some more ideas check out my guild: Lodus. (i don't have a link with me to give out at the present time.) but that's part of the title (or is. i don't remember.... sweatdrop )
