Eilla's eyes widened and she was thouroughly outraged by his response. "Such insolence!" she said, as she felt the onslaught of more power. In response, she immidiately looked down at the source, the boy's knee. "You have no assosiation? Then tell me the powers that emerge from your knee, child," she says, and then, within a second, is suddenly nose to nose with the young man. Her hand rapidly latches around his neck, yet it does not squeeze, not yet. "Tell me why I shouldn't kill you, pathetic sorceror. Will you return my powers, or shall I extract them along with your soul?"

Kigen Kenryoku (Nakago)
::With this new reslove, he stood and began to walk again, his eyes narrowing and the character appearing on his forhead for the first time since he came here... "Seiryuu" glowed a bright blue::

Charles Takena (Talon the Diamond Star)
"Stolen? First, I have not stolen a single thing in my life. Second, what in the hell are you? People don't just appear out of nowhere! Third, I don't have the foggiest idea what you are talking about. I don't have any powers!" Somewhere in his heart, however, that dormant part of him remembers . . . and on an unconcious level, he knows that this person is powerful. He knows that he should get away- quickly.

Eilla Seraphim (Ameko no Mori)

::Kigen continued to walk, turning this way and that with no particular destination to be going. The mark upon his forhead faded away and he slowly began to become accostomed to the pull and draw of Seiryuu through these others. He thought to himself::

'Surely they wll also feel the power of Seiryuu from me...this will be to my advantage and dis---'

::His thoughts were interrupted as he caught a tinge of something new. He froze in place. Suzaku...It had to be...he turned his head to face the direction he felt the surge of energy from, though to anyone else...he was simply looking in a shop window. A chill ran down his spine. The enrgy he felt was more concentrated than his own. If she were alone here, then her power would be the same as he knew before..and she was not one to be trifled with even when he was at his best. If this were the case...he would have an exceedingly challenging task on his hands. Decision time. He could go to them..and find out for certain...but in doing so, he would surely be revealed to her, and if she had the full power of Suzaku,...he stopped that line of thinking quickly. what if...hopefull thoughts entered his head, if the same that was happening to him...was also to her? Then she would be on an equal level as he. He had to know now. And due to his lack of final destination as of yet, this also gave him a place to go.::

::The the next problem came to his attention. How would he get there? If he had all his power, he could easily have mown a path straight through the buildings without breaking a sweat...but again..that was not the case. He turned his attention to the cars driving this way and that on the roads. There were people inside each one...and they moved at high enough speeds...one ofthem should suit his purpose. He turned to the neares t car parked ont he side of the road and began to examine it thouroughly. He pulled on the door handle but nothing hapened as it was locked. He continued examining the strange vehicleuntil finally his attentions to the car had been brought to the attention of its owner who stormed out of one of the shops and straight towards him::

HEY! What are you doing to my car?

::Kigen looked at him with a neutral glance::

"I am doing nothing to your car, though if it can travel as I see others like it do, then I am going to need to use it."

::The man came right up next to the car and placed his hand on the top looking at Kigen::

"Afraid not buster...call a cab if you need a ride...either way...you better take a hike before I call the authorities."

::Kigen scowled::

"I don't have time for any of that. Come to think of it..I don't even have time to learn to use your car. You shall take me where I need to go..and in return, I shall spare your life."

::The man took up a fighting position::

"Are you threatining me?"

::Kigen reasoned to himself that these people were very stubborn and ignorant in general, so he would have to force his will upon the man to get what he needed. He paused a moment as if he was pondering the mans question and then with a sinister smile looked straight into his eyes and responded::

"As a matter of fact I am."

::With a blink of an eye time stopped for the man, Kigen walked around behind him and grabbed his arm, wrenching it into an arm lock nearly breaking his am, and then grabbing the back of his neck with his other hand. The other man didn't know what hit him one second the man was right in front of him and now this. One thing Kigen had not taken notice of, nor had he anticipated, was the man's dog. Significantly well trained, the dog darted towards Kigen without much of a sound and bit his leg, latching on. Kiegn lurched down, pulling the man with him at the sensation of pain. The other man encouraged the dog as Kigen struggled to get it off his leg. Finally, through his shakings and swingings with his hadnd previously on the mans neck, he was able to seperate the dog from his leg, which was all he needed. The dog stood still suddenly, frozen in time, similarly to how the man had been. Kigen took only a momnet and righted himself, tightening his grip, and turning the man to face his dog::

"Look to your animal fool, and know see what awaits you if you refuse me again!"

::The man looked up and saw the dog unmoving, silent, and then Kigen brought his hand around slowly, ever so slowly and tediously, a line of sweat forming at his brow, began to form a blue sphere of pure energy at his fingertips. He drew forth just enough energy to completely disintigrate the animal leaving only barely any trace it had been there. The man relaxed into his grip, eyes wide in fear. Kigen threw him agains the car and spoke in a surly tone::

"You will take me where I want to go...NOW!"

::The man hurriedly unlocked the car and got in, letting Kigen in the passenger side. Kigen pointed::

"That way....Quickly"

:;He then set to work bandaging his leg which was bleeding. His countenance was severe and his brow furled angrily. The two drove in the general direction that Kigen felt the power of Suzaku::

alright! time for Soi to join in! here's her information.
Character Name: Taji, Jun'ko
Seishi Name: Soi
Age: 16
Occupation: student
Appearance: Jun'ko has short red hair just past her ears, green eyes, she's very skinny, and wears a green school uniform. Height: 5'6 Weight: 107 lbs
Personality: Almost always smiling and cheerful, she has a thing for guys with blonde hair. She loves to draw in her sketch book and run on her track team. Jun'ko takes everything seriously and will do anything for a friend, once spraining her leg as a child when she carried a sick friend home.

Jun'ko stepped out of the ice cream parlor licking her double scoop chocolate cone with gusto. She started to skip towards school, swinging her bag and humming a song she had heard on the radio. Suddenly, Jun'ko's pace started to slow and she stopped, and dropped her ice cream cone onto the ground. Jun'ko grabbed her stomach and bent over. It was a warm spring day but suddenly she felt as if she had just been plunged into ice cold water. Jun'ko closed her eyes and felt and single sweat drop fall from her brow.
"s**t..." Jun'ko cursed under her breath.
"Jun'ko! Jun'ko!" A teenage girl cried from down the street. She was wearing the same uniform as Jun'ko and had long black hair. Jun'ko opened her eyes and saw a blue sign glowing on her left thigh. Jun'ko reached down to touch the strange symbol on her leg.
"Bo." She read to herself. Tassel? Why was her leg glowing the word tassel?
"Sorry Keiko!" Jun'ko cried out to her friend trying to mask her worry. "I need to go home! I think I'm sick." Keiko stopped running and looked a little put-down as Jun'ko rushed past her. As she stumbled down the streets back to her house, a car holding two guys zooming past her cuaght her eye. The man driving looked like he was about to throw up. And the man beside him looked scary. Jun'ko shoved it out of her mind and scurried back to her house.

As she held the boy's neck, she loosened her grip slightly, her eyes shifted to the right. "Seiryu..." she said, sensing the energy. Apparently, her being so close to this figure who held her power, perhaps he had noticed? Then again, she was not at full power. Of course, the more she sensed him nearing, she knew the Seiryu avatar's powers were diminished as well. Finally, she tightened her grip on the boys neck slightly. "Speak up, boy," she said coldly.

"Look lady . . . you're nuts, and I am not into BDSM!" Before she has a chance to squeeze, the burning in his knee reaches a fever pitch. Charles decides that if she wants his knee, he should give it to her. With all the strength he can muster, he slams his burning knee into her stomach. Again his dormant memories come to the surface for a brief moment, forming a protective barrier around his knee.

With the reinforcement of a barrier, Charles barely is aware of the impact. All the force is sent directly into her abdomen. At the same time his hands reach up and wrench her hand free of his neck. Hoping that he had knocked the wind out of her, he runs through the thick crowd that had gathered around him. The further he gets away, the less he feels that pecuilar pull to her, and the glow ceases on his leg.

Free from the distraction, Charles makes good time into the subway. Running into the train, he only begins to relax when the doors close and it speeds off towards his home. Left with his thoughts, and a crowd on the train, he finds a place to stand and begins to try and think this out.

'What is going on? Nothing like this has ever happened to me before-' A flash of red goes off in his mind and for a moment he saw a strange mask. '-or has it?' Looking down to his knee, the confused 16 year old tries to replay the event in his mind. 'What did she call me? Sorcerer? I can't even manage a card trick! Then again . . . what is up with my leg?! Warm glowing? I have never heard of anything like that in a medical book. The only place I have heard of that is in a novel. Novel . . . perhaps she was just a nut, but there is something wierd about her. Maybe something wierd about me . . . sorcerer. Magic? Glowing legs? Oh man . . . '

Confused beyond anything imaginable, Charles walks the rest of the way home. Without recourse, he heads straight to his room to lay down. The unconcious calling on magics he had never known he had has drained him, and the instant he lays down it seems sleep takes him. In his mind two thougths plague him. One of a young girl with her hair done up with ribbons. The other is of a man with a monk's staff- insistant on telling him something . . .

Normally, Eilla would have been able to block such an attack. Yet, her attempt to form a barrier around her stomach failed miserably. For the first time in years, she felt a sharp pain, and gasping chockingly as a small trickle of blood emitted from her mouth. Falling backwards onto the ground, she clutched her stomach for a moment, unable to breath, then finally, with effort, stood. "Leave me be," she said to the crowd of onlookers, sending them a deadly glares. "Or I shall burn you to a cinder." This made most of them run away, and the rest ran when she lighted a small ball of fire in her hand. It seemed she still had that power.

She whiped the bit of blood from her chin with a single finger, then stood waiting for Kigen. Perhaps, though she wished to return to her wars with him, the two would have to join forces in order to stop these power theives. There was no doubt about it, the feeling in her stomach had been implied by her own shielding power. The boy could lie, or maybe he was unaware, but either way, he had retained her powers, and she wanted them back. She wanted them back from everyone else who had stolen them as well, the people she could feel around her. And she was quite sure that Kigen would wish his returned to him as well.

::Kigen was only half paying attention to learning how the strange vehicle worked as he instructed the man to drive this way and that towards their destination. Part of his mind was preoccupied with his leg. Not only had he been injured, but by a mear animal! His mind had wandered significantly enough because he had not even realized he was approaching the power of Seiryuu until they had passed by. He turned in his seat, having not put on the seat belt, and looked back where he breifly saw a girl, stumbling on her way. In his eyes, he could see a faint blue glow around her, and he could feel the prescence of Seiryuu emminating from her. He passed by quickly, so he didn't get the best look at her, but a general picture was all he needed for now.::

'She looks so young...'

::They turned another corner and Kigen turned back around focusing again on the task at hand. The sensation of Suzaku was lighter now...almost split. So, the same had to be with her too. This gave him greater confidence in his current objective. They would be on equal ground. The car turned another corner and a crowd came into veiw, and Kigen smirked::

'Always making a spectacle aren't you Eilla...'

"Stop here!" ::He barked at the man::

::The car pulled over and the man sat shaking in the seat. Kigen let himself out and not even giving the man half a glance spoke again::

"Your services are no longer needed. Now get out of here before I change my mind about sparing your life."

::The man only hesitated a second and then srcreamed away in his car as quickly as possible. Kigen walked calmly to the gathered crowd. At this proximity, she would feel him...even though he was attired like those of this world now, but that didn't matter. He was not trying to hide from her. Pausing in the middle of the crowd, he mustered up a significant amount of energy and the people around them began to slow...slower and slower...and slower...He knew that even iin her weakened state, she could surely counter his actions...but would she? Leaving her and him unnaffected he walked through the rest of the crowd locked in time and straight towards her. He took patient steps as even this use of his power was significantly more draining than he could have imagined. This would take a lot of getting used to. He approached her slowly, half smirking and waited for her to engage him::

"Hmph," she said, hoisting her head up higher slightly, as if looking down on him. She did not smile, nor did her brows furrow. Her expression was the same, as always. "So, Kigen. You're powers are diminished as well?" she asked. "I would have liked to have continued our battles, but it seems it will be postponed once more. Both of us lack power, and surely you do not wish to continue our fight in the state we are in now?" It is now that she looks at the people around her. Hmph, just the same as back home, she thinks. All weaklings. It will make no difference if we destroy them as we destroyed everyone in our own home. "I will join forces with you, perhaps, make a pact. If you are willing to strike such a deal, that is."

::Being physically taller than she was, it never ceased to amuse him when she looked at him in that manner. Under normal circumstances, that would have been enough to spur one of their fights, but things were different here. He felt less dignified, being in strange clothing from this world as opposed to his own, but he squelched the feeling quickly, and di not let on with his composure. The smirk faded from his face to a bland meloncholy look::

"So it would seem."

::He walked straight on past her, paying only a glance as he went on, he went around from person to person in the crowd, examining them, changing things, altering little tid-bits here and there...something that never ceased to bring him at least mild amusement, even back home. To these people, things would just randomly be different the moment he released them from his power. It was a childish thing, but it amused him none-the-less. He continued his shinangins while they spoke, shrouded with the barrier of time.::

::As she mentioned returning to their battles, his mind wandered to memories of times long ago. The fights they would have...some lasting days on end. Entire locales would be utterly demolished. He smiled breifly with his back to her as he pulled a cigarrette from a mans mouth to examine it::

"My wishes on the matter are irrelavent..."

::He said tossing the cigarrette to the ground and turning around. He then proceded, having made his alteration,s to make his way back over to her, feeling more strain on his physical body from the continued exurtion of power.::

"...But under the circumstances, it owould be to both of our advantages to not have to worry about eachother...for now."

::He came around her other side of her and stood next to her, so they were side by side, facing the same direction, he looked straight ahead::

"A pact. An interesting proposition. What exactly do you have in mind?"

She watched him, almost wanting to attack him then. This was the type of thing that bothered her so much. "A treaty of sorts," she finally said, when he returned to a spot near her and had spoken himself. "Rather, that the two of us shall withhold all arguement until we have both achieved all of our powers. I would like to defeat you, as Suzaku would wish to defeat Seiryu within me, and therefore I must say that it is only just that I should defeat when we are both at our strongest. How to return our powers is beyond me, though."

::Kigen had taken a risk by indulging himself in his trivial pleasures. Even with them in their weakened state, she would by no means be defensless, she could have attacked him. Though he had a enough confidence otherwise, as she had offered him a deal. He watched his words, as she had chosen the brash line of speaking, and he knew they could argue all day over who would crush who, and the only real way to solve it would be when one truly triumphed over the other. So he spoke in a nuetral line, while still putting the point across.::

"Strong words young one. But I agree. It would be far more entertaining with things the way they were. And how, prey tell...oh Arch- Nemisis...can I trust you won't stab me in the back?"

::He smiled still not looking at her but straight forward. He stepped a few steps in front of her and spoke loud enough for her to hear::

"Will you swear by Sieryuu that you will not break your end of the deal?"

::He asked it rhetorically, almost sarcastically knowing full well that she would never, EVER swear by Seiryuu, she would surely take her own life first. It made the point though.::

"So be it. And may Seiryuu forgive me for the slap in the face in doing so."

::Now after accepting her offer, he turned back around and faced her::

"The power of Seiryuu...and Suzaku as well it seems...has been spread through others in this world. I passed one on the way over here...a young girl. Let's see...My powers were not limited until I arrived 'here'. Perhaps the use of the dark magicks left our life forces open to attack...and these strangers took advantage of our weakness during the transitionary phase. I dare say, they are corrupting the power of Seiryuu and Suzaku by possessing it and keeping it from us. I do not know a definitive way for us to get our powers back...but I am sure we can find out."

::A bead of sweat dripped down his brow::

"I think we should find one of them, each of us." Experiment...test them, and see if through such interactions...the answer can be found...In the mean time...what do you want to do with these?"

::He said motioning to the crowds before him, he was ready to release them from their prison in time, physically, though it amused them holding them like this, he knew he could not do it as before. He cursed inwardly to limitation of power.::

From the shards of tattered dreams, Charles woke. Haunted by vague memories of a set of friends long since lost, he holds his hand to his head, fighting to keep the room from spinning. More than anything else, he feels sorrow- sorrow for the loss of so many that meant something to him. Every time he tries to move past it, a young girl's voice cries against his sensibilities . . . . "Chichiri!!!"

Having plopped on his bed without even undressing, Charles rose and decided to get some air. Walking outside, he tries to reconsile the events of the day. A beautiful young woman actually assaulted him. Holding him at bay with her hand on his throat. Brazen, firey, demanding her 'power' back. Calling him a sorcerer . . . none of this made sense. Charles remembered vividly the burning of his knee, and the glow through his pants. Curious at what may be on his leg, but wanting privacy, he moves away from his home.

At the first public toilet, Charles went into a stall. Thankfully the room was completely empty. Small favours granted by the gods. That phrase caused him to smile slightly as he pulls his pants down after entering a stall. On his right knee . . . holy . . . it wasn't his imagination! The image there is not illusory, but it does not glow any further. Two sets of lines crossing, making a pound sign on his leg. Tentatively, Charles reaches out and touches the insignia . . .

All at once, a lifetime of memories come screaming into his head. Screwing his face in pain, the boy's voice fails. Trying to scream in horror and violation, only the faintest of whispers escapes. Hotohori, Tauski, Mitsukake, Nuriko, Chiriko, Tamahome, Chichiri. Those phantom names from his disjointed dream assault his mind with faces, power, friendships, and death. In mere moments, the lifetime of a man betrayed by his best friend and fiancee, the memories of a sorcerer under an old floating woman, the experiences of a Star of Suzaku race through his mind. All the joy at finding the Seishi, the good times, laughing, and celebrations mix inexplicably with the horror of his home destroyed, failing, and watching his friends all die.

When he comes to some sembalance of sanity again, the emblem on his knee is again glowing brightly. This time, however, he knows what it means. The pull of fate, the need for his fellow seishi and the priestess. Miaka!!! Charles again places a hand over his face, where in a previous incarnation a scar had ruined his eye. In both a hope and distress, he hopes that this time around Miaka would be different. Perhaps not so much of a glutton.

Finally in control of his faculties, Charles walks out as if nothing had changed, just business as usual. Only a set of 7 in this world right now could ever understand that 16yo Charles Takena went in . . . Chichiri reborn exited.

Looking to the southern skies, he wonders aloud. "Who was that today demanding I had her powers? She knew even when I did not that I was a sorcerer . . . or at least I used to be. Could that have been Miaka? Maybe I should hope her passion is still only for food, after all!" Walking on his way, much of the day was wasted by his nap. Now refreshed and more confused about his role in the world than ever, Charles wanders aimlessly, letting the pull draw him where he needs to be.

She listened to his words, but did not answer. The rhetorical questions made her nerves tingle with the need for a fight, but her expression and poise did not change. Just as she was about to remark at the foolishness of his playing games with these people, she turned her head swiftly, feeling the rush of energy. "Something has just happened," she said, her voice dark with horrors. "my magic has been used, and something tells me there is no time to spare. First, I shall need some way to guise myself. I can see you have endured such a detail already. And for once, I must thank you for your frivolous ways." Turning to face the group of people, she finds a lone woman, who was, apparently, laughing at something. Most likely, she was laughing at the kick that Eilla had received in the stomach, or at least she thought so. Stepping forward, she stripped the girl, and gave Kigen a gesture to look away. As soon as she had, she swiftly changed into the strange new garments. "Bizarre people, the ones who wear this. I've never worn something like this. It allows no room for breathing or movement." For, she'd happened to have picked on a business woman enclosed in a suit one size small for her. Finally, she turns to Kigen. "I suggest that the both of us find some way to blend in, as soon as we find more about this culture. Perhaps there is a schooling system we can partake in. Either way, I'm going after that young man now. I won't fight him, merely apologize, in guise. I say it would be best to gain his trust first." Then, she turned, and flew across the city towards the sense of the young man, and her power. Over her shoulder, she called, "You may release those civilians when you wish. It is no matter to me."

Jun'ko ran up to her room and fell face-first onto her cool pillow. The glowing and pain in her stomach had stopped long ago.
Her room was very dark except for the many electronic mechanisms filling her room. A few of them featured static electricity and some had it rebounding against it's glass cage. Jun'ko had always thought they were comforting and beautiful. Her mother was forever afriad that a fire would break out in her room becuase of this particular hobby. The slight pulsing of the electricity was never a more comforting sight for Jun'ko than now. She took a deep sigh and sat up. She felt her stomach making flip-flops as she got to her feet.
"Jun'ko you are one messed up chick." She said quietly to herself as she made her way across the room and laid her hand on one giant glass orb holding beautiful white, blue and red electronic pulses. Almost straight away her troubles melted and she felt as if she could take on the world. She laid her head and torso on the orb and looked down. The flickering lights seemed to give her mind tricks as a great amount of the blue light looked as if it was coming from her knee. Keeping her hand on the orb, Jun'ko stopped leaning on the sphere and lifted her skirt.
She felt her heart skip a beat. There it was again, on her left thigh. It did not seem to glow brightly at all now however. Jun'ko lifted her hand from the sphere and the symbol faded to her normal skin color. Jun'ko blinked slowly and walked back over to her bed where she fell onto the mattress.
"Yup," She said to herself. "No school for me today. I am definately, very sick."

Eilla Seraphim (Ameko no Mori)
"I suggest that the both of us find some way to blend in, as soon as we find more about this culture. Perhaps there is a schooling system we can partake in. Either way, I'm going after that young man now. I won't fight him, merely apologize, in guise. I say it would be best to gain his trust first." Then, she turned, and flew across the city towards the sense of the young man, and her power. Over her shoulder, she called, "You may release those civilians when you wish. It is no matter to me."

Jun'ko Taji (arsenicjunkie)
"Jun'ko you are one messed up chick." She said quietly to herself as she made her way across the room and laid her hand on one giant glass orb holding beautiful white, blue and red electronic pulses. Almost straight away her troubles melted and she felt as if she could take on the world. She laid her head and torso on the orb and looked down. The flickering lights seemed to give her mind tricks as a great amount of the blue light looked as if it was coming from her knee. ::So it was done. The uneasy pact. Out of respect he had turned away when she was changing, and then it really clicked what she had done. In its own way it was perfect...the dissapearance of the both of them would be overlooked as this woman would instantly be naked in front of the crowd. Kigen would have to congratulate Eilla on it.::

"Choice of clothing can be changed. For now these will do."

::As she lifted off to head after her first "catch" he caught wind of something himself...faint...the power of Seiryuu, and strangely Farmiliar...it had to ber her..the girl...In his minds eye, a flash of lightning struck, leaving a female sillouette. Yup...it had to be her allright.::

"How convenient...Impecable timing. It seems that one of mine is learning about the power of Seiryu as well..."

::He paused only a moment to watch her fly off. Never was he quite as potent in airial movement as she, even when at full power, though he had never minded before, as he could easily have levitated hiself around, though not nearly as gracefully as she could fly. He now envied her ability, having not been stolen from her. He put it out of his mind. They would be better when they were both supreme agin, and that was that. With that, he stepped out of the sight of the crowd and released them all from his power, relaxing. He could hear new shouts as a completely new hub-bub ensued. He chuckled to himself and then began to walk towards the sensation of Seiryuu.::

::Kigen was not a simpleton..there had been homless people where tthey came from, and he knew he would not be accepted well, if at all in his current guise. He would seek out an authority figure and change his guise accordingly. Fate was on his side...as the earlier commotion, which had seemed to be turning into a fight, had prompted an onlooker to call the police, just in case. Kigen watched the squad car approach and head to the place he had just left. He jogged back and took in the fact that the police were a significant vestige of authority. But none of those whe arrived on scene would do. The one was too short, the other far to overweight. He would have to find another. He turned and headed back the direction of the draw of Seiryuu, keeping his eyes peeled for more "police". If matters came to worst he was confident he could create enough of a commotion to warrent more police to come to him. It would not be neccessary. Passing a donut shop, he noticed three police cars. He turned around and stepped inside. Yes there was a perfect candidate to exchange clothing with here. Tall and built to fit the part. All of them gave him glances when he walked in, but he had his eyes set on the one. He would be a phantom to them oh so soon. He could feel the wear on his body, but he took a deep breath and time in this little shop came to a halt. His insides ached....he would have to be quick. As hurriedly as possible he swaped gear and clothing with the police officer. Not even realizing it, in doing so he had acquired a gun, a walkie talkie and a number of other accessories that the homeless man had lacked. He was decent enough to cover the policeman with the homeles mans clothing. His stomach promted him to eat, but he was afraid his power would give out, she he jogged out of the building, keeping them in stasis until he had rounded a corner and jogged a block away.::

::His body sagged a moment as he relinquished his hold over them. This would be better..if he didn't pass out in the middle of the road. He stooped over and leaned against a parking meter, which prompted the car's owner to quickly come out and move it. He ignored the man, trying to regain his strength. Once the pain had subsided, and he no longer felt nauseous, he stood back up and walked towards his prey. He let his feelings guide him and slowly he emerged from the business section into homes. He walked along the sidewalk, looking this way and that, taking everything in. He now had the look...but he needed more than that. A small group of kids scattered as they saw him coming....Yes, he had the authority.::

::Kigen paused, he was close. He wondered if she would feel him or not...He slowed down to a leisurely walk, like a soldier on light gaurd duty.
