What's a mod?

A mod is a moderator
Moderators have a bunch of abilities that other people in the guild don't have, such as to make "announcement" and "sticky" threads and delete and edit posts and topics. They can also accept new members.
So...basically they're like mini captains.

How about no manga spoilers? Or maybe change the color of a spoiler if you want to have one. Like make the color white and put and around it. I just had something completely ruined for me and it wasn't even all that related to the topic, in my opinion. -_-#

Just remember, not everyone has read or seen the entire saga of Fruits Basket.
