I just want my Sky. heart
My dad's Mini Cooper [like the one from the Italian Job; it has the British Flag on the top and on the mirrors; plus, it's the same one from the Ruby Tuesday mini burgers comercial] has good mileage....plus it's uberly spiff-tastic.

There's something inherantly sexy about a Mustang. I can't explain it, but there just is. Classic over modern. Convertible or nothing at all.
But since one cannot live in dreams, I love VW Beetles. Again, classics over anything else, but I can't drive stick. I've got an '03 model now and I love it, couldn't ask for a better car. Plus, kick a** gas mileage.

Small cars will be the death of you all. sad
I'm a tiny person though, so something like a Lotus Exige or Mini Cooper would be better suited to me. However I have a thing where I need to be driving the biggest thing on the road. I think it has to do with always being in a large car when being in an accident and being able to walk away unharmed.
I'll end up driving something small, regardless. It's inevitable. The Mustang will be the largest car I own from now on, since I tried out a million cars at the Detroit International Auto show and I couldn't see over the wheel in most of the cars. Sigh. I couldn't even see over the dash in a Z06 Corvette. emo

There's a little 80+ year old lady in town who has a yellow 2001 vette. She can barely see over the steering wheel, yet she peels through downtown at around 40mph (speed limit is 20) with the bass way up. She cracks me up. I want to be that cool when I'm old.

I'm a bit odd. I love old Pontiac cars! Especially GTOs and Fire Birds. Mostly GTOs. I'd die for one of those.

I want to own a 57 Chevy pickup truck someday. I've always loved the classic lines and the simpleness of older cars/trucks. They're soooooo much easier to work on without all that damn electronic stuff. xp
Of course, I'd probably want to modify it a bit, I'm still debating on whether I want to go for traditional V-8 or update it a little with perhaps a 90 degree V-6, 4.3L like my old Caprice had, with TBI. Power plus a little better fuel efficiency, would be a nice mix if I could pull it off.
I've always had big, old American cars, they were cheap and easy to work on. And to solve the problem of seeing over the steering wheel, I would sit on pillows or anything that could be used as a booster seat. =B

Wow, well, I want one of those super safe Audi sedans. (I know one is like, a station wagon, but I not like those.) They aren't super horsepower sometimes, but ehh! I've always wanted to try a Subaru Impreza(you know, a good high performance model[cause some Imprezas aren't]) as well as a Corvette. My dad is always going on about how he wants a newer Mustang, Camaro, Corvette, or the Mitsubishi Evo. sweatdrop [lol he has a crappy Mitsubishi Eclipse though, and he's really mad/sad that some parts of it are breaking and it's only an '00 model, but that's what happens when you buy the first car of a car generation. (His plastic cracked already, driver side seat ripped near the seat controls, paint already is turning white due to mitsubishi not using the right protecting paint, a few dents and scrapes, his car leaks on the passenger side sometimes, so now he has mold in his carpeting on that side. Also, my aunt has a '99 Mitsub. Mirage, and it even isn't falling apart as badly as his car, and my aunt like thrashes it(ripped driver seat, dog fur everwhere, a couple of dents, some of those black scratches that appear on white colored cars, a replaced driver's side rear view mirror after it got whacked off by a kayak, one of her keys broke off in the trunk lock]

My first car was a 1966 Buick Special with a 310 Wildcat under the hood, but I couldn't drive it because it needed more in repairs than I had at the age of fifteen. hikaruxanadu: I wouldn't touch a Mitsubishi unless it was a Lancer Evolution - Rally modified. Same goes for anything Japanese. It has to be $30,000 or more before it would give me peace of mind. I drove a Honda Civic Si around and I hated it. It was like a go-cart and I always felt like I was going to slide backwards when trying to go uphill.

She's dreaming and I notice she didn't mention my car. . . That's OK. I am a AWD or FWD person. My dream would be a Mercedes Benz G-Class, you know the real boxy one.
