Hi, I'm Jaho, and I'm just an annoyance.

Yeah, get me in on that too. xd I like history, just in a very passive I-don't-actually-discuss-it kind of way. sweatdrop

I think a lot of people are like that. stressed

I'm like that, too. whee

I like history, though. I was required to take two History of American Civilization classes, and I managed to get an awesome professor, so those were fun. I'm probably taking a Russian history couse next semester; my Russian language professor will be teaching it, and he's just too awesome. He worked as a journalist in... Algeria, I think it was, under the KGB-- so he has some pretty interesting stories to tell.

Hi... I'm Rayinte, called Ray, Rayi, or Rayray...

I like history in general, it's just when it's taught by a monotonical dullard with all of the personality of a bowl of oatmeal that I find it boring. Had the best World History teacher in the world... *squee* and retain a mild interest in historical stuff.

Right now I'm interested in the middle and dark ages, and specifically, interested in reviving dark age fashion.

I can smile and nod in history discussion spanning any era, and I might be able to contribute something too--my mind is like a cobweb that persists in picking up dust and clutter, usually trivia.

Not currently in any classes, as 1: I went to a two year trade school after high school, and learned graphic design (ick!) and 2: Said trade school completely ruined me for any further education as far as financial aid is concerned.

In HS I did take APUSH and APEUROH though.

Hello, all. I'm a history major at a small Texas university. My specialty is Levantine history from Alexander to Constantine, and my advisor is a French Medievalist, so I get a lot of both areas.

Hallo! I'm Aeternitas or Nic, and I'm a 3rd year philosophy major at University of Calif. in Irvine. I find history in general to be very fascinating, but if I had to narrow my interests down I would say German, Russian and Japanese history - various time periods (I have yet to have any formal training in those areas, I just do reading on my own) as well as WWI and WWII. Next year I hope to take a history class if I can fit it into my schedule.

Greetings everyone! I am Lord Braska, but you may call me Braska, or LB or even pound if you'd like xd (or someother variation of my name, lol)

In High School, history was one of my top 5 classes. I enjoyed studying the greeks/romans and their mythology. And others.

Ironically enough... today in the car I was thinking about how, even though I don't know crap, History is fun, and the pen and paper risk game we played in World History was totally awesome. O: And I woulda' won, too, if the kids that sat behind me weren't so dumb, they attacked us like... two turns after we had already been obliterated once, allowing the people in the lead (germany) to get so strong every country united could not beat them. Honannies. >o>;;

...That's actually really weird and coincidental. And cool. But too bad about those kids.

Welcome everyone, and thanks for posting. ^_^
