Dr. Walts -- Appointment #1
Date: June 14

Dr Julia Walts
Julia was sipping from a small teacup as a little buzz sounded next to her head. Hmm. Fifteen minutes until her next appointment.

Placing the cup down on a small, stone coaster; Julia reached under the ledge of her desk, and pulled open a thin drawer. Inside was a file folder. There was a label on it and a picture clipped to it. She'd gotten a brief report on the couple from their application to the clinic itself. Cray seemed to think they'd be 'wonderful subjects'.

Flipping through the papers, she read them over quickly before putting them back into the drawer. Picking up her tea, she finished it up as she got up from her desk and strode across the room, and put the now emptied cup into a small sink.

Turning back she noticed the Xxitii sitting on her desk, toying with the new file.

"Shoo!" she shot out at it. Why couldn't he stay napping through one appointment? Someday they were going to get caught, and that just would not go over well. She half-heartedly wondered if Cray had the same problems with the creatures.

Snapping off something back in it's native tongue, the Xxitii threw the folder to the floor and slunk off to a wall, pulling open a side panel and crawling in.

A quick roll of her eyes and pulling the papers back up (as they'd fallen out when the snarky creature threw them), Dr. Walts took her seat and simply waited. It couldn't be too much longer now.

Toushin
That appointment was there, and early at that. It had been driven into him at a young age to always be early for all appointments, if only to get in and out quicker, but it was just plain polite. It was also polite to knock on the door to announce your arrival, which he does. When allowed admittance, he opens it and looks inside, the other hand holding onto Panaceia's.

"Hey, uh," he starts off, looking around for a second before letting his eyes settle on the woman inside. He pushes the door further open before going on, "I guess we're your next appointment?"

He glances from the woman to Panaceia, wondering if she might know anything about this potential new doctor or what. It wouldn't matter though because he steps to the side to usher Pana in first.

Panaceia
Pana was following after Toushin, clutching his hand with not one of hers, but both hands. Honestly this place was getting under her skin, giving her the creeps. And it smells funny too!

When Toushin peeks in the doorway, and looks back at her, she arches a brow and shrugs, one of those 'wtf I dunno either' looks on her face and in her body language. As soon as he'd stepped aside though, Pana forced herself to walk inside. She eyes the doctor, a troubled smile creeping across her lips. Right hand rose up, scritching at her jaw with a single fingertip. Nervous chuckle along with that, then she said simply, "H-hello? Eh heh..."

Dr Julia Walts
Well, they'd shown up a bit early. But that was alright. Julia stood from her seat and motioned towards the chairs before her desk.

The room was obviously not a doctor's office. No. In fact it was reasonably decorated. Dark cherrywood walls and a matching carpet. The chairs were black leather, they looked rather comfortable.

There were at least half a dozen or more degrees and diploma's on the wall, a good number of awards as well. Julia smiled warmly as the couple entered the room, noting the woman's unease.

"Yes, I believe you must be. My name is Doctor Julia Walts. You must be Toushin and Panaceia." she took her seat once more.

"It's lovely to meet you both, please. Take a seat." her voice was even and controlled, but pleasant still.

Toushin
He didn't seem to mind that Panaceia clutches to his hand for her life, one might think; he walks in after her, letting her hold and clutch as much as she wishes. At the doctor's words, he nods his head, ushering for Panaceia to take a seat first and hopefully she'll let go of his hand so that he can take the other seat.

"Yes. That's us. It's nice to meet you too."

He glances about again, taking notice of the amount of diplomas and awards up on the wall. If he's at all interested in them, he doesn't seem to show much of it, nor does he seem at all awe-inspired by it either. He lets his eyes wander back to her.

"Impressive trophy case."

Panaceia
Pana kept ahold of Toushin's hand with just one hand now, refusing to let go while being ushered in. But yes, she did let go at last when she took her seat, mostly-brown wolven tail curling around her waist to settle in her lap. As a self-comforting sort of thing, her fingers combed through, staring at the doctor with a sort of lost look. First time being pregnant and all... it was rather overwhelming.

Pana was still staring around the room, settling in to her habitat so to speak. She gave a curt nod after Toushin's 'compliment, adding her own, "You seem dedicated to your work..." It was spoken half-heartedly. Still, the gal's rather uneasy. Could you blame her?

"So.... can we get on with it?" Eyes finally meet the doc's. She wanted to get this meeting over with before she lost her sanity to all her confusion!

Dr Julia Walts
"Thank you." as she spoke her head tilted with a bit of a nod.

"Eager to leave hmm?" Julia chuckled lightly and nodded her head once more. "Well then, yes I suppose we can."

Hmm. Non-human, the thought rolled over her brain as she noticed Pana's tail. Cray would enjoy that.

"I've taken a brief look over your submitted form to the clinic. I didn't notice any notes from Doctor Cray, so am I correct to believe that you've yet to meet with him?" reaching to the left of her desk, she opened up a larger cabinet, and pulled forth an appointment application form, fairly certain in her query.

Toushin
Can't help the frown that parts his lips as he hears Pana. He reaches a hand out to take one of hers, pulling it from the tail to set it on the arm of the chair and give it a reassuring squeeze. No need for rudeness, after all. His attention returns to Julia as she speaks.

"We haven't yet, no."

Panaceia
Quiet whimper rises up from her throat, looking at Toushin pitifully as he takes her hand. Puppy eyes, take that! Tail flicked irritably across her thighs, huffing out a big sigh before looking back to Dr. Walts, puppy look gone as she listened.

Now she looked a bit more serene and patient, though on the inside her thoughts remain the same. Following Toushin's reply, she shakes her head from side to side, a shy and wordless 'no.'

Dr Julia Walts
"Well, that's alright. More often than not, they meet with Cray first. However, it's not always the case." she pushed the paper across the desk towards the couple.

"This is just an form for setting up your initial appointment with him. You can fill it out whenever you're ready, and drop it off at the reception counter." she withdrew her hand and folded them one over the other.

"Now," she began slowly, "this is just an introductory meeting. I just want to get to know you both before we move along, and to let you know some of the processes and policies we have at this clinic. Now, I am a licenced psychiatrist..." she paused, letting that term sink in.

"Which is part of the policy we have at this clinic. I'm not sure if you saw it when you registered, but there was a section that mentioned my charge as part of the health and growing part of the clinic here. It is not something I will say you must attend, however I believe it is a welcoming approach that many parents are not often granted when a new child comes into the family." she joted something down on a piece of paper.

"Cray will be your actual physician. He's very well educated, and has spent many years dealing with couples, such as your selves. I can honestly say you won't find anyone else quite like him." heh.

"Before I go on... do you have any questions or concerns?"

Toushin
Knits his brows at Pana when she shoots that look at him, frowning at her at the same time before looking back to Julia. He keeps his fingers wrapped around hers, rubbing gently with his palm and thumb to keep her somewhat relaxed and at least comforted by the fact that he's right there with her.

He leans forward to reach for the paper, taking it and looking it over as he listens to Julia speak, giving nods of his head to let her be aware that he was listening.

"Psychiatrist?" he echoes, brows arching, tilting his head up just enough so that he can look over the top of the paper at the woman. He waits for her to finish before he poses, "What exactly would we need a psychiatrist for?"

Panaceia
Pana was quiet for the most part, eventually easing and relaxing into the chair as she settled down. But then... "Psychiatrist," she echoed in question with Toushin, looking at him as he continued his sentence, then she spoke right after, "Yes. Why would we need a psychiatrist? We're not crazy!" A little feral growl followed, though it was kept fairly quiet. Fur on her tail bristled. Okay, so she's not crazy. But she's got a short temper it appears. Or maybe it's the whole 'pregnancy' thing.

Dr Julia Walts
There it was. The expected question. As Pana growled, Julia simply shook her head at them.

"No miss, rest assured I am not making any assumptions on your mental health, and I don't believe you are 'crazy', as you so termed it. No. This is for after the pregnancy." she clears her throat a bit before continuing on.

"In many studies, there's been found that the woman can suffer from something called 'postpartum depression'. Oftentimes it goes uncited and unaccounted for. Putting it off as something as simple as 'coming off the hormones'... as I've heard it put so... eloquently in the past." she sighed.

"It's also for the benefit of the child. As part of the clinic's policy, there are checkups with the family... if they wish," she emphasized again, that this was not something they would have to do, "it's to watch for any signs that may show up in the children early on, to avoid any difficulties later on in life." she smiled genuinely.

"What we do here is for the benefit of your family as a whole. New children can be stressful on everyone. We are simply offering a place for some of that burden to be lifted off your shoulders."

Toushin
Toushin frowns at Pana, turning his head to look at her and at the same time squeezing her hand to try and stop her. He shoots an apologetic stare in Julia's direction, frowning more. He stays quiet though, hoping his expressions would speak for themselves. Right now it's curious to hear what the doctor has to say.

Some of what she says is familiar to him, but he also does want to know more. An excellent doctor, he would have to admit; she was going into enough detail to soothe his nerves. He's not sure about Pana though and looks at her. Regardless, he leans towards her while lifting her hand up to kiss at it to let her know she could stay calm.

His attention quickly shifts back to Julia, speaking, "I see, I see. I think it would be a good idea personally, but I think it's Panaceia's choice in the long run. I can only hope she wants to do it."

Panaceia
The growl quieted down... AFTER Pana shot a glare and growl at Toushin for squeezing her hand. But then she was silent, staring at the doctor again, breathing a little harder to calm down. Someone's got anger issues? In time she calms down and seems fairly calm again, eyes averting to Toushin as he kisses her hand, but head didn't turn. It was just a brief glance after all.

After Toushin got his two cents in, she sat there considering for a moment, mind racing fast. Brows knit, looking down at her lap. Then she tilt her head up and looked at Tou, then Julia, and at last, "Alright. For the cub - er. Baby, then." Tail twitched in her lap, head tilting.

Dr Julia Walts
Julia's smile remained as Pana gave her approval. She was used to this sort of reaction. People always seemed to associate her profession with the mentally insane. Which was not the case at all. Hopefully, in time, this illusion would be alleviated.

But for now? Now it could simply be treated on a case by case basis. Speaking to her 'clients' just like she would anyone else. After all, they were, weren't they?

"I'm glad to hear that." she sat back in her chair a bit. "If you are ever uncomfortable in an appointment, in the future I will simply ask that you let me know and we can break from it at that point." she thought a moment, taking in a relaxing breath.

"Now, I couldn't tell from your application form... are you two married?"

Toushin
Ignores her growl, for the time being, but she would get it from him afterwards. He just continues to hold her hand, rubbing it gently with his thumb while keeping his eyes on Julia's face.

At her inquiry, he laughs quietly, sitting up straighter. His free hand moves to rub at the back of his head, looking vaguely embarassed now from behind his glasses. He gives a shake of his head.

"No... No we're not."

When he says this he looks towards Panaceia, curious for her reaction on this. It was a subject that had never really come up between them.

Panaceia
Before, Pana was all frowns and growls and attitude, but that last question.. it got a smile out of her! She peeks over at Toushin, watching his reaction. Her own reaction at the moment was 'amusement.' She turns her hand over, resting the back of it against the armrest, so she could grip his hand and lace fingers, a firm but affectionate squeeze. The topic was a cheerful, hopeful one for her, looking towards Julia again. Her smile was fading slowly, realizing her habitat again, "Not yet."

Dr Julia Walts
"I see. So it's something you're looking towards? That's lovely to hear." Julia nods empathetically as she listens to the pair speak.

Their body language spoke enough regardless. She'd almost pegged them for newlyweds from the way they'd come in.

"I suppose the next question would be if you live together or not?" it was a base question to find out if the children were going to be shuttled between two different homes, or remaining in one household.

Toushin
He himself had never been big on marriage, but maybe he would let his opinion be swayed. He turns back to Julia after smiling back at Panaceia, shifting slightly in his seat.

"Yeah, we do. Just a live-together couple."

He supposes that would need to be rectified though given the reaction Panaceia had made when they were asked if they were married. Something he would have to put away for later use.

Panaceia
The smile was gone by now, looking around the office rather, well, boredly. She doesn't seem to be that fond of doctors or anything having to do with them, but she tolerates it, clearly. "Yup," she echoes after Tou, leaning to the side, free hand's elbow resting on the arm, chin in her palm.

Still she held Tou's hand, though her grip was lightening. When your boyfriend's the one answering all the questions - which was juuuuust fine - you tend to get bored faster.

Tail began shifting again, lightly tapping against her lap. The equivalent (to her) of tapping one's fingers on a hard surface. Only it's the wolfish version of the human gesture.

Dr Julia Walts
"Alright." Julia thought for a moment, then simply jotted something down on the paper again.

"Well. I don't really have many more questions for you both today." she was noticing the woman's boredom and turned to address her directly.

"I'd think it would be a good idea to make an appointment with Cray soon. He'll likely run some general tests for the pregnancy. Ultrasounds, test for high blood pressure, gestational diabetes. If you're on any medications... penicillin or the like, make sure you let Cray know. He'll ask about your medical history as well and suggest some vitamins that will be good for you during the pregnancy."

Toushin
He nods, sitting up once more and then finally standing, releasing Panaceia's hand while doing so. He extends his other to Julia so that he can shake hands with her.

"Will do. Thank you very much. It was a pleasure meeting you doctor. You were very, very helpful." He smiles at her then turns to look at Pana.

"Ready to go?"

Panaceia
Pana remained seated while Toushin shook hands, unmoving, hand opened and palm up still. She seemed to snap out of a daydream, jerking her head to look at Toushin, nodding, "Uh huh." After a tiny smile she rises up, and out of politeness, tries to get her own handshake in after Tou's.

"Where do we make the appointment, hmm?"

Dr Julia Walts
"Just fill out the form and drop it off at the receptionist's desk... or you can just call.. here." she pulled something out of her desk.

A card.

"That's my card, it has my contact information on it. If you don't have time to swing by here, just let me know the dates of availabilty after you finish the form, and I'll make sure something is set up and get back to you on it. Alright?"

Toushin
He takes the card when it's handed to them, and when Panaceia has finished shaking hands, slips his with one of hers again, fingers lacing together.

"All right. Again, thank you doctor. Have a nice day."

A Meeting Between Fantasy and Sci-Fi
Date: June 18

Toushin
At her urging, Toushin had gone with Panaceia back to the clinic. This time it wasn't for an appointment but rather it was just for them to meet some other expecting parents. He didn't expect to meet anyone though and had brought a bag with him full of things to do: art, books, and what have you. Of course, he would've preferred to be at home with Panaceia but that didn't seem plausible.

He didn't mind entirely though. He liked to be with her. As Julia had thought before, the two did seem to act like newlyweds. That was just their devotion for one another. His fingers were entangled with hers, thumb rubbing over her the back of her palm as they enter into the clinic. He gives a glance around then looks down at her.

"Is it really necessary we're here? We could've gone to a park or something..."

Panaceia
Pana arrived to the clinic with nothing but Toushin in hand. She had intentions of meeting another mother who was to bear a child, someone she could talk with, and maybe help calm her nerves. First time mothers can get nervous you know! When she entered through the clinic with Tou, she took in the surroundings - her first instinct, and even took a few sniffs. Tail was out, swishing side to side against the back of her pants, though it was partly between her legs, a sign of withdrawn, submissive behavior.

As tempting as the park was... "Yes, I want to meet some other mothers, or something.. you know?" There was a bit of tension in her voice as well.

Miliardo Kason
Already waiting in the clinic Miliardo sat with his robes wraped around him tight humming softly, it had been a few weeks since the morning when he found out what Ilta and Nobu had been up to, and the test that suaposedly proved Ilta was pregenet, after a bit of serching they ended up at a strange hospitle and now left Miliardo filling out a large amount of paper work.

Meanwhile Ilta stood beside the window patting her stomach gently wondering what Nobu and Miss Lena where up to now. She was tired of waiting to find out. She loved Nobu and wanted nothing more then this right now.

She happened to catch out the corner of her eye two others comeing to the clinic, finally it might not be quite so boreing around here. The purple Twi'lek girl made her way over to the door opening it for Toushin and Panaceia with a meek smile.

"And here I thought me and Miliardo where the only ones here today."

Miliardo looked up breifly giveing a warm smile and a wave before looking back down to the paper work.

Toushin
A sidelong glance at his girlfriend allows him to see that tail tucking between her legs. He shakes his head slightly, releasing her hand to slip his arm around her shoulders; that arm pulls her in and he places a tender kiss on her head.

"Don't be so scared. We've been here before."

That said he lets go of her shoulders and goes to find her hand again with his when the door opens. He blinks, staring at what's in front of him. He's seen a lot of strange things but that didn't mean he's seen everything.

He'll leave the talking to Panaceia.

Panaceia
A pitiful but quiet peep of a whimper was her reply to Toushin, while snuggled at his side. She grips his hand firmly, but her tail didn't move from that shy position. "Doesn't mean the place doesn't scare me anyway," she whines.

Leaving the talking up to Pana was really... a bad idea. When the door opened she gasped and covered her mouth with her free hand, wide eyed. Then, hand lowering, she looked to Tou, "You sure we're in the right building? What is that?" Great, Pana, lovely way to start a conversation and make friends!

Miliardo Kason
Ilta tilted her head to the side noticeing that the girl had a tail, it reminded her of Nobu's tail sort of. She started to smile when she noticed the look on Toushin's face, it had been a while since she was looked at like that.

She turned to Pana now and her eyes went wide before clenching slightly with anger, "Jee thanks alot!" the Twi'lek girl turned and stormed to the other side of the room trying very hard not to grab her lightsaber.

Miliardo looked up groaning, damage controle time, "I'm sorry about that, Ilta is just a bit... sensitive... she's not from Gaia really. She came from another planet to be exact."

He got up his robes and cape drapeing over his arms, "My name's Miliardo by the way, her caretaker and mentor. She's really a good girl, she just has her moments..."

Toushin
He blinks, pulling himself out of his daze when she storms. He frowns, knitting his brows and turning his attention to the one who approaches them.

"It's all right. I guess it didn't help we kind of gawked," he answers, rubbing at his chin thoughtfully with his free hand. That hand then extends out towards the other gentleman. "Toushin. This is my girlfriend Panaceia."

Panaceia
Head turned in time to watch the gal run off, brow arching. Tail had since dangled freely behind her, the tip flicking back and forth, though it was sometimes contorting. If anyone knew wolves, besides Toushin next to her, they'd realize she was getting just a little defensive or irritated. Eyes settle on the new arrival greeting them.

"What he said. Though I prefer Pana. I'm not from Gaia, either..." Eyes follow the other woman, even if she has to peek around Miliardo, who was also a rather weird sight to see. Her hand absently rose, settling on her belly.

Miliardo Kason
Miliardo shrugged, "I'm used to the strange, she's not offten able to handle being looked at diffrently after the childhood she had before comeing here." he took Toushin's hand shakeing it with a nod.

He turned to Pana and smiled again, "I can assume that none of us here are quite normal, but then again diversity is the fruit of life?" he looked to Ilta who had taken to keeping her back to them. "Ilta please come here, they didn't mean to offend you."

Ilta turned with a glare, and when one looked closely it was visible that she was almost ready to cry. At the same time it became clear just how shockingly young Ilta still was, barely past the age of 19.

"I hate being looked at like that Miliardo... you should know that..." she turned away again keeping to her self again. They both looked so friendly, every one did. So why did they look at her like that? What would they say about Nobu? Or her kids?

Toushin
( Sorry. Got distracted by a rant. )

He smiles, his hand dropping and he looks to Panaceia before his eyes wander back to Miliardo.

"Nah.. We're far from normal ourselves. It just shows more with her." Though he does have a little devil tail hanging behind him, one would just assume it's a part of his attire.

Toushin's gaze wanders back to the woman and he frowns when she doesn't come over. Releasing Panaceia's hand, he makes his way over to her and offers his to her now.

"I'm sorry about that. I hadn't meant to stare."

Panaceia
Brow arches, peeking up at Toushin. "I only show my tail... Cripes," she huffs out a breath of air and crosses her arms, watching Tou wander away from her and over to the woman. Eyes then avert to Miliardo, forcing a smile. "This world has a lot of... different things. But it's taking getting used to, to be honest." Pana really wasn't as social as she'd hoped. She thought she'd go out and make a friend who was going through the same thing, but here she is at the door, already upsetting someone. Oh well.

"Enough of the doorway," she mutters to herself, stepping around Miliardo, finding the nearest seat to sit in. Tail drapes around and settles in her lap, sometimes fwapping her thighs with a firm hit. One elbow propped up on an armrest, chin in her palm. Opposite hand rest on her stomach. There she sat letting Tou do the talking now, thinking about anything and everything.

She seems moody.

Miliardo Kason
Miliardo chuckled softly, "Now now, thats not the way to talk about the lady." he smirked noticeing the twitching tail behind him. He wasn't exactly odd in a visible way but mentaly he was what some would consdier slightly unstable under extreme situations.

Ilta turned to look at Toushin and sighed, "Fine... I just don't like being treated that way... thats all..." she got up slowly attempting to give an apearance of calm coolness but was almost as shaken up as Pana.

Miliardo smiled to Pana again before takeing a seat beside her, "No one can truely define normal, so by that logic every one in this room is completly normal." He tilted his head some. "Is there... something wrong?"

Toushin
His smile is warm, trying his best to obviously make up for his earlier, unintended harm to her feelings.

"I'm sure you don't, and I'm sorry, again. It was just really unexpected. I really hope you can accept my apologies."

He turns to look towards Panaceia and Miliardo, his tail twitching slightly before he gives a look to Ilta. "Would you like to come join us? Panaceia's looking forward to talking to someone else who's expecting. It's her first one."

There's a hopeful glint in his eyes. After all, he wanted to clear the air now; nothing worse than being on bad terms with someone, and he was really doing this for Pana. If he had his way, he'd be sitting outside with a book or at home sleeping.

Panaceia
Pana's tail twitched, writhed and contorted continually, her heart pounding. She just felt that unknown rush of irritability, but was holding it in. The man beside her must know about a wolf's body language - at least with the tail? "I've got something growing in my stomach. Of course I'm not ok!" Poor girl. Silver eyes flicked onto Ilta finally, her expression nigh impossible to determine...

...until she asked a question, despite the girl's distance. "Do you ever feel like you wanna rip someone's head off? Is this normal, ey? Cripes!"

Miliardo Kason
Miliardo frowned at Pana's irriation and seemed to flinch silghtly at her minor outburst. "I don't blame you, try learning the child you look at as a duaghter is pregnent with the neighbors son. It's not too horribley diffrent..."

Ilta sighed and nodded to Toushin, "Alright, apologies accepted." She followed after Toushin humming quietly, "I can relate, I'm afraid Nobu and I might not really be haveing kids but I really want to... and our parents are really... well there a bit mixed on it."

She looked up to Pana and smirked, "Hell ya!" the old tomboy comeing out again, "It's worse when you have a guardian hovering over your head all the time telling you what to do!"

Miliardo rolled his eyes, "I'm a parent what should I do humm and turn a blind eye again while you and Nobu have 'fun' alone?"

Toushin
He chuckles quietly, nodding his head slowly. A hand moves to the back of his head, rubbing it in embarassment. "It was sort of an accident with Pana. But I can't say I'm upset. She's gonna be a great mom."

Of course, he knew that she also wanted to be more than that, but he had no plans, yet, to let that happen. As they approach, he smiles when he hears that Pana seems to have loosened up a bit but with a look towards Miliardo, he understands the reason behind her outburst. Coming nearer, he leans over and if she allows it, places a kiss on Pana's lips, giving her a look that she would understand: Behave.

After that he moves to the free seat on her other side, reaching over to take her hand on her stomach and squeeze it. He listens to them all with that faint smile on his lips. Maybe this wasn't such a bad idea after all.

Panaceia
Pana shot a glare at Tou, "Accident? Our little nights of fun were accidents?" She didn't seem quite as mad, when he came to sit with her, more... pouty and pitiful. "Suuure, I'll be a good mum, but are you gonna' be a good father to 'em?" She'd leaned back in the chair so her opposite hand, prior used as a chin-rest, could poke Tou center-chest during her 'playful' interrogation. Sometimes, she wondered if he'd just waltz out the door and leave her with the baby! No, no, that's just pregnancy speaking and making her a little worry wart. She forces a smile at Tou, and a genuine, "Sorry," in a quiet tone.

Then, she looks back at Ilta, "Yeah well, being as hot-blooded as I can get thanks to what I am, this ain't helping my moods! Cripes... no wonder that Doc offered that.. psychiatrist stuff!" That same free hand that poked Toushin's chest, was now rubbing her temple.

Miliardo Kason
Ilta snickered, "Some how I think Lena and Nobu would both say nothing is an accident but the will of the force." she pondered "I don't mind this accident though, no I love Nobu and I wouldn't want less then this for us."

Miliardo sat back robes covering him and he continued to smile, it seemed things where getting smoother between the four of them and Pana was starting to relate to Ilta, he looked to Toushin shrugging, girls will be girls.

Ilta smirked, "Miliardo had me doing meditaion to calm down, as is I can't do any of the things I used to do right now, I can't train with Nobu. I certainly can't do any underground raceing... I never knew haveing a kid meant you gave up so much before the kid was actually born..."

She tapped her chin in thought, "I could try and show you meditation? I works pretty well..."

((this is proably my last post, sleep is slowly creeping up on me...))

Toushin
( All right. I guess Pana and I will go ahead and do our posts and let you go. smile )

Looks momentarily taken aback at Pana's words. He's quick to defend himself though! "Oh, no! I meant.. we weren't expecting a child! We weren't even trying... It just happened."

He hoped she'd take it the way he meant it, which was far from trying to hurt her. It was always the last thing on his mind, and the idea of her getting pregnant was a very close second to that. He says nothing in response to the comment of him being a good father; he didn't know and simply chose to let it slide.

He caught the look from Miliardo and only smiled. It was obvious that Toushin was actually rather content in this atmosphere. It had only been for Pana he came and she was seeming to be relaxing, even if only a little bit, and that's all that matters.

"Meditation?" he echoes, tilting his head. "Hm.. I don't think Pana's had to given up anything. If you ask me, she's just been indulging more into her vices. I can never have a single meal to myself without her picking from it!"

He grins at her and winks. He never did mind that she took his food. She was carrying his baby after all and he was proud of that.

Panaceia
Pana was sorta' just taking in the conversation, answering when she felt her voice was needed. That time is now! "Meditation? I dunno, telling a wolf to sit and not make a sound or move is rather hopeless," she teased. " And Tou's right, I've gained more than I've lost. Well, aside from my runnings through nature and any future Full Moons. At least, I don't think I can change while pregnant," she looks to Toushin, wondering if he knew. This was her first time, after all. Completely clueless! "If I so choose it he'd let me n** the food right from his mouth," she proclaims with a wink.

She's definately eased into the habitat by now. Poor Pana is always edgy in somewhere new, or somewhere she's scared of, or when she's nervous about something. But now, she was relaxed some more, and joking around. Well, 'cept that last one. That wasn't exactly a joke.

Miliardo Kason
Miliardo chuckled at the whole scene, he rarely spent time with any one other then Lena and her kids so it was nice to be around new faces for once. "Meditation can be very... active I suapose if you do it the way Ilta prefers..."

Ilta giggled quietly at Pana's thoughts on meditation, "Miliardo is right, and you are too, the whole sitting still thing isn't my favorite way either." She got up moveing to a clear spot in the room before pulling out her one prized posesion her lightsaber, before Miliardo could tell her other wise she slipped in to a sort of dance moveing as if to block and parry another person's attacks. But rather then it look as if she was fighting it mealted in to more of a slow dance in one small space before slowly comeing to an end.

"It's training and it's a nice way to relax a bit... or cause massive burn marks in the liveing room..."

She sat back down smirking, "Nobu wouldn't let me take the food, he would litterly be giveing it to me asking if I needed anything else. It's kinda cute seeing him like that even if it is a bit akward."

Toushin
( This is my finally incredibly late response to this. xx; )

"No," he answers to her with a shake of his head. To his knowledge it was impossible; the mother stayed in her natural stage until she gave birth. Who knew what a change could do to the child, especially this far along.

He rubs at her hand, lifting it up to kiss gently at the fingers and smile at her with the wink she gives. He turns his attention back to their company, doing well not to let them feel outcast amongst the show of affection for one another; him and Panaceia that is. He watches Ilta with a mild hint of notable curiosity on his face as she performs.

"Huh. I always thought meditation was sitting down and letting yourself relax."

Panaceia
Pana was definately relieved to hear the answer to her question. Though she couldn't help but sit and wonder.... how does hre body know to stop the shifting? She could never control her shifting on the Full Moon prior to this... so what would happen now?

Pana was in a dreamland during most of the performance, concerned look on her face. Unintentionally rude, seeming as though the performance were boring or irritating her, which was not the case. Her hand was actually shaking within Toushin's.

"Huh?!" She snapped out of her concerned thoughts for the moment but was still shaky. "I'd probably just be calm gnawing on something, not to sound doggish, but taking aggression out on something is a nice way of calming down for me." She's one to talk of aggression, her hot temper could be triggered easily, and she could turn on almost anyone at the snap of a finger.

Miliardo Kason
It was Ilta;s turn now to be confused, "Changeing? Does it... hurt? To change like that?" she tugged gently on her lekku wondering what it must be like to turn in to a wolf, it might be fun to be able to run about and do what ever she wanted but the thought of haveing to grow a tail sounded just as bad as child birth.

Miliardo shrugged at Toushin's remark on meditation, "Every body has there own way of clearing there mind, just as they do releaseing stress and anger. Rather then gnawing on something as your wife might, or training like Ilta would, I prefer to sit down and play video games, preferably ones that allow me to blow something up rather then blowing things up in the real world."

Toushin
He blinks, well aware of the trembling hand in his. He turns his head to look at Panaceia, concern notable; maybe it would be time for the two to take their leave. Toushin gives her a good squeeze on that hand to help her calm down, barely listening to Miliardo until he says something that gets his attention.

He jerks his head to look, blinking. "She isn't my wife. Uh. Excuse us. I don't mean to cut this short but I think Panaceia needs to get some rest."

He climbs up to his feet, and if Panaceia obliges with him, he helps her get up and smiles at Ilta and Miliardo.

"It was nice to meet you two. I'm sorry for the abrupt departure. I look forward to seeing you again."

Again, if Panaceia is going along with him, he urges her to go with him out of the clinic. If not... then he just waits, hoping she'll go.

Panaceia
Pana had gotten her words in before Miliardo could even get his words in. She just looked at Itla, still a concerned look in silver eyes. She was still shaking though, and enough that the broken shakles on her wrists were making the chains jingle quietly.

"Yes." Some werewolves were different, some not. Some hurt, some didn't. She just was getting used to the pain all her life still. She'd probably take this baby with stride when it came.

Then she was being pulled off, and she did oblige, pushing up with a grunt, stumbling right into his arm to cling to, latching for dear life. Her mind was heavy with thoughts, staring off into lala land.
