They went throught the protal. DDK looked out at the skyline of the city.
"Well looks like we got a bit of a ride ahead of us Loyd."
'Yup.'
"We got any food?"
'Yeah tis is the lunch wagon. We got some food in the back'
"Kool. I going climb back and grab somethin, You want anything?"
'Nah I'm good.'
DDK climbed into the back of the wagon and munched on some fruit. It wasn't very good but he was hungry. After he ate. He leaned back to get some more sleep.

::Mordok landed roughly outside of the portal as it snapped shut. The last image was a giant human shaped figure with bat liek wings landing ontop of Algus. Mordok turned to look and see the portal disappeared.::
"Dammit! They found him, but why attack now?"

::Algus opened his eyes and loked at his surroundings. There was the giant figure before him, still bleeding, the sun blood red in the southern horizon, and Algus' magic and energy was spent. He had used it all in making the portal, he hoped Mordok would take charge.::
I hope they continue towards the city. I'll have to make myself in a few days, all that magic burned through my body.
::He grabbed at his body, he was cold and the sky started to show signs of rain. He had to find shelter fast, if he was to survive. He stood up slowly, and staggered off into the forest, hoping to find some form of shelter in the oncoming storm.::

'Hey DD, come on up here!'
Loyd was calling from the front. DDK climbed to the front again.
"Whats up man?"
'Every one is saying Algus didn't make it through. Mordok is kinda takeing charge for now.'
"What ya mean didn't make it? He dead or somethin?"
'Ha no, they think he just ran outa juice. But I noticed a worried look on Mordok's face. I think somethin's up.'
"Well what are yo saying?"
'I been working my way to the back of the formation. No one would notice an old man like me and a drifter like your self if we disapeared for alitle bit. I wana go back and see if Algus is allright.'
"But ain't we like 5 days away from him or somethin now?"
'Yeah but I'm hopeing he is alright and we'll met him half way. So you in?'
"Why not."
Loyd pulled to the side and slowed the wagon down.
'Hey you old man what are yo doing?'
Another driver noticed them.
'Oh my wheel is a alitle busted. We gota fix it up. Don't worry we'll catch up!'
DDK hopped out like he was going to fix the wheel. And the otehr driver drove on. Once every one pased them DDK got back on the wagon and they road off the other way.

::Algus stumbled into a tree and looked up over the hilltop, there was a small village to the south, facing the sunset as the clouds gatehred and started to rain. He hurried quickly down the slope of the hill and tripped. He picked himself up quickly and continued running.::
Have to...hurry...not much...time left.
::He started to wrap himself as he reached the nearest house and knocked on it. He waited for someone to come, and the first few drops of rain landed on his head.::

-she got up quickly at the nock at her door, she walked over to the door hastly, since the nocking seemed rather important, she opened the door and looked at the man standing before her and the rain that began to poor at first she didnt say anything, then she pulled him into the house and closed the door "your going to catch your death being out there" she lefted him at the door enterence and walked into the back and grabed a large red towel, and walked back over to the man and offered it to him "so you can dry off a bit"-

So, you live here by yourself? I, didn't want to impose on anything important, just this weather and I...
::He stopepd drying himself off. He looked around at the house and was amazed by how well kept it was. He looked back to wehre the woman left off.::
Uh, can I ask you something? If I may stay the night? I can repay you for your generosity.

-she looked down slightly "yes i live her by myself, my familey died of sickness" she said walking to the kitchen "you may stay here as long as you would like" she said when she was walking to the kitchen and she opened the oven "i made some bread, would you like to join me for some? and then you can explain why your out here and away from home" she said softly-

DDk and loyd had been driveing throught the rain for a few hours.
"This sounded some much easer a few hours ago."
DDK saw Loyd was starting to drift into sleep.
"Dude, you all right?"
'Just a litle tired.'
"I'll drive man get some sleep."
'Do you know how?'
"I'm a Fast lerner."

::Algus' stomach growled and he looked into the other room. He smiled slightly.::
Only if you don't mind? I will explain everything you have questions about.
::He walked into the room, having to duck udner the door jam, him being so tall. He looked around and though about what she said.::
Alot of people died fom that sickness, even in the royal palace too. They thought they were immune, what a joke that was.

-she smiled softly and took the bread out of the pan and placed onto a plate to be cut. she sliced the bread, and took out the butter, she placed it on the table and walked back in bringing out two cups and a tea pot. she placed it down and had a seat "i dont mind, well its true alot of people got sick" she nodded in agreement then looked at him and tilted her head alittle bit " so what sends you out into this village in the middle of the storm?" she asked since he did say that he would answer her questions-

::He tilted his head towards a seat and when she nodded, he sat down and looekd at her, taking a slice of bread. He looked back at her and smiled.::
Well, I just got back from the war, I was part of the Bloody Reapers. A mercenary group, private usage to the King and his allies. We were on outr way back. I gained control of this band of mercenaries when the original leader died on the battlefield. Apparantley the band was given to me through his will. So I thought Sigmar might be in trouble so I summoned a portal and sent my troops in sending them within one days march of the Kingdom. I was attacked by a Feyotir and the portal got shut before I could get through. I killed it and when I woke up I saw it was cloudy and the storms started to rage.
:: He took a sip of tea and looekd at her, he was trying to figure out what to do when the weather cleared. He had to go home that was for sure, but he didn't know how long these spells lasted, sometimes hours, days, even weeks. He hope it wasn't the later of the three. He ate some more bread then stopped.::

-she picked up her tea then placed it down on the table and looked at him, looked down then looked up again, picked up her cup and took a sip. it was alot of information, within the time span of like 30 seconds. she looked down at the cup and swriled it around abit and sighed "well, the raid doest last to long here, maybe a day or two. make your self at home, my home is your home" she didnt knwo what else to say-
