Alright, here's my reply. Trying to liven up this guild 3nodding
1. Yes, I do talk to my daemon and aknowledge her existence. Sometimes her voice is grumpy, sometimes very serious, mocking at other times.
2. She's most definitely female.
2a. I'm female.
2b. Hm, I wonder. I'm not all girly, mind you. I most probably do have a male side in me too, like all people. Still, my daemon is female. Maybe because I'm gay.
3. Not yet. I've just recently acknowledged her presence. Before that, I thought I were talking to myself or that it's the famous voice of my mind/soul/conscience or whatever. I have to concentrate to hear her voice properly and distinguish it from my own voice. Remember The Amber Spyglass, when Seraphina Pekkala (sp?) told Mary that she had to concentrate in a special way in order to see her daemon?
3a. See 3). But I tend to think it'll be something like Hester. Yes, I am unoriginal, but this name sounds nice, pleasant to my ears.

4. No, my daemon hasn't settled just yet. I think it will soon, but I'm not sure.

5. I don't hold any hopes upon that matter. Que sera sera. A daemon is not a pet which you can choose.
5a. Hm. Difficult question. She changes a lot. But she enjoys being a mouse.

7. Not a long time ago. Or, rather, I found out whom I was communicating with not a long time ago. In fact, just when I had started reading Philip Pullman's books and when we had a class about Socrates in philosophy.

Yup. I try to speak with my daemon as often as possible, but usually I'm preoccupied and only hear when hei shouts things. :S
2. Is it male or female?
Hei is male.

I'm female.

That I'm normal, I suppose.
3. Does s/he have a name?
Yes.

Akironamir. Akiro for short.

I asked 'im. Hei replied with, "Well, I like the sound of "Ki" and the letters K and R, but as for what you do with them? I don't care."

I don't believe so. Though, hei likes to say "I'm settled." and burst out laughing at his own joke. >_>

I hope it's some sort of canine. Feline wouldn't be bad, either.

Probaly a coyote, fox, Finnish Spitz, or some other sort of Spitz breed. Maybe a wolf, if I'm super lucky.

His favorite form right now is Finnish Spitz.
7. How long have you been communicating with your dæmon?
Since December 21st, 2007, I think. Somewhere around there.

3a. ... what is it? Theta, however I often call him Pan
3b. ... what was your inspiration for choosing this name? He told me his name was Theta, I called him Pan for a long time before that cause I didn't know his real name.
4. Has your dæmon settled? Yes

4b. ... if yes, when? Weeelll....it's hard to say when he stopped settleing and became settled.
4c. ... if yes, why? Because, I suppose, I've got to know myself properly.

That I must be quite the average person, girly enough to have to have a male influence to balance me out. XDD

Dakoushimaru

Idk, it might have been lack of oxygen, but I the name slid into my head when I was finishing up running the mile, before I met Dakoushimaru. I searched it up, and it is a made up name alright. Then, when I discovered Dakoushimaru, I knew it must be his name. -^^- I quite agree. That's good, Dakoushi.
4. Has your dæmon settled?
Yes. I don't know. There wasn't a very good analysis on daemonpage.com/forum, but the more I make of a Chinese Dragon analysis, the more I think it fits...

A dark blue chinese dragon... like the one in my sig.

He had finally found a form that fit me, even if I didn't believe it, so he stuck with it.

He didn't have much of a favorite form. He would pick a form, stay in it for a few days, and then try out a new form At your prompting..

I've been talking with him since...... Late December, about? About that time.
