That's an understatment. I would agree. Poor kid got his a** kicked in that thread.

Well, he was asking for it. Posting a topic that states a loop-hole in the ToS which can only work in the specified mindset/opinion of the person, will often result of the author being ridculed. Not to mention having it focused on cybering didn't help him much.

True that. I guess that why the mods have yet to delete it given that they even laughed when they saw it.

It's still probably there as a warning for newbies.

You know, like an "If you do this, then that will happen to you!" sort of thing.
