I've heard of vampire hunter extremists down in the south. They are usually very strict Southren Baptist Christians who believe in the Hollywood Style vampires. I'm sure based on the skeptism that otherkin recieve in general, that any such groups would have a hard time actually completing their goals, seeing as the police force would step in and they'd be sent to a mental institution.
One of the religion teachers at my school used to work as a priest or something. He was once offered the chance to assist an exorcist. He was so creeped out in the present evil in the house that was to be exorcised that he wasn't able to handle going inside.
That teacher's kinda creepy anyway. But yeah. He taught my grade 10 Religion class. The only thing that made class funny was when I began to question the stuff that he was teaching us.(Yes, I'm a little obnoxious like that. Besides, he was teaching us straight out of the book. I can tell you that he certainly didn't like my questioning him, though.
xd But, I have a habit of questionning Religion teachers based off the stuff that they preach. I don't know, I guess it's either my way of testing the waters, or just seeing if they can back up what they're saying. I'm not sure, it's just the way that I am.

Even though it's offtopic, I feel like bringing up one of the times that I'd questionned the material he was teaching. The following may not be a perfectly exact quote/retelling, but it shouldn't be too far off..
"God creates everything and everything that God creates is good.." the rotund religion teacher explained, stopping when he saw the hand of one of his students raised.
"Yes?" he asked.
"Sir, if God created everything, and everything that God creates is good..then..What abou the archangel Lucifer?" I questionned.
The teacher recoiled, as did many of the students. I don't think that they expected such a dark question from such a quiet student.
"Well..You see..It sorta went down like this.." the teacher stated, before he began an attempted reinactment of the final battle using differing voice changes(Boy, I wish I was joking about this..).
"Hey God!""Hello Lucifer.""Hey God, I was thinking..""Yes, Lucifer?""I think I'm as cool as you are."I don't know about that.."Me and my buddies here think that we can take you.""Nnnnn...I'm not so sure about that...""And so the war began..and they fought, and they fought and they fought..until Lucifer and his friends were subdued." the teacher narrated in his normal voice, before returning to the voice acting of DEATH.
"Hey man! I'm Sorry! I'm Sorry!""No Lucifer, I'm sorry. I can't keep you up here any more. We just can't have any fighting going on up here, you broke the main rule of living in Heaven.""And so God created Hell, and you know the rest of the story. Any questions?" the teacher asked.

Oh, I have another funny story about that religion class. This was another time that he was going on and on about something. He said something about how Paganism, Tarot cards and Witchcraft were evil and the tools of the Devil. Naturally, I felt a burning urge to question him on that one.
"So then, what do you think of Psychic ability then, sir? Do you think that that's the devil's work too? Do you think that those who have these abilities were touched by the devil himself and infused with his dark powers?" I questionned.(Gods, in retrospect, was I ever a rebel..).
He froze. I could so tell that he did not want me to open my mouth.
"It depends on the nature of the gift." he replied.
"The nature of the gift? How could one tell the nature of the gift? How is one to know if they had been randomly chosen by God or the Devil to receive these powers from them?" I asked, further backing him into a proverbial corner.
Then he gave some kind of circular logic answer which made me laugh because it had made no sense at all.
Anyway..Sorry for going offtopic..
