I vote Squirt 'cuz he's cuter. XD; Squirtle. Most starters have higher stats than other unevolved Pokemon.

Cho__Hakkai Okay, how about:: RaikouxEnteixSuicune? A threesome battle? well, neither suicune nor entei have a type advantage over raikou, so if raikou stood off to the side and let suicune take out entei, he could easily destroy suicune, so i'd say the battle goes to Raikou.

I'm thinking that Mr. Mime would, just because I have this theory that Psychic Pokemon have this weird advantage over most of the other types.
