anyone tried buying CDs? It's a wierd concept, but it works. In some stores, you can even preview the CD before you buy eek

Laurylina Okay, I tried, Safe-Share, I tried Napster, but they BOTH ripped me off! I need more music! Better music! Suggestions of artists, tracks, programs, albums, whatever I will really appreciate! biggrin (Oh, and to narrow things down, I like Trance, Eurodance, Techno, Hardcore, Rave, and stuff related to that) try Soulseek...it is free so it wont rip you off.

In some stores, you can even preview the CD before you buy eek hahaha who the hell pays money for things? i occasionally buy cd's... but i prefer vinyl biggrin i use soulseek and irc to download new releases, preview tracks and then decide if i want to go out and pick them up.

I'm not a big fan of downloading, mainly because of the effort required to search and download. Then there is always the chance that the file you downloaded is corrupt, of poor quality or just named wrong.
I have money, so I just order my music online from record labels such as Metropolis and A Different Drum.

It's not for downloading, but I like to go to a cool website called Digitally Imported Electronica Music (or something like that) where you could listen to lots and lots of genres of Electronica on live radio. It's absolutely free and you don't need to register! 3nodding
