Hrm, earlier it was said that the car manufacturers are confused by demand being on a economy car rather than sports. Not sure how much I'd agree. They're not quite as popular now as they used to be. And I guess gas prices can also help w/ it. One would rather manage like 40mpg than 22mpg. Then again several economy cars get under 30mpg which is funny kinda...

Then again several economy cars get under 30mpg which is funny kinda... you should try a toyota. like the yaris(aka my new dream car) get like 39mpg. a lot of toyoas get pretty good gas milage except for the real big stuff.

Weird, I thought I replied to this. HRm, maybe this was the day gaia seemed to mess up. I'm more of a Honda guy as far as the economy and long lasting cars go. My first car was a 1989 Honda smile But for now I prefer (even if the gas mileage isn't nice) my RX7... Since it's a fun car smile

My Honda was given to me, but my RX7 was paid for and fixed fully by me, no help there. ER well there was help in work from a friend, but I paid for all the car stuff. And paid him for the help even.
If I were to try to get something that were fun and still had good gas milage I'd probably go for an MR2 or a Miata (and turbo it eventually... then again you might not agree on the practicality of 2 seaters hehe).
As for my car... It's manual, the only way an RX should be drove, and it's an FC.... Turbo II. Course I don't mind you asking hehe. You didn't include the 1st gen here though, I could've had one smile Would love a turbo one...
