Naraku_Yomi On CDJapan it says that you can only view it if your in some countries in Asia and Europe. It's suppose to come out sometime this month i think or maybe next month... Ah yes! I forgot to mention. It's a Region 2 DVD so it typically only plays in Japanese DVD players. sweatdrop However! All is not lost. There are certain DVD players that can be set to view all regions and a lot of PC DVD players can as well.

I just got the Moon Child DVD last week. It was a great movie but the ending didn't strike me as much because my parents don't know I have it so whenever I tried to watch it I'd have to turn off the TV real quick before they came in. They have yet to find it. I had to go without lunch for a week because I had to pay my friend back for getting it for me with my lunch money. *sigh* the things I do for Gackt and Hyde.... I still want the 3-disc set though whee

SapphireWolf19 Yeah, dial-up is the worst. I can't wait to move into my dorm and have a faster internet connection. That's like, what I'm looking forward to the most! As for the special edition of Moon Child...I'll have to live with my American release for now. If I happen upon that much extra money someday, I'll get the Special edition one. heart heart heart Same here. ^_^ Aya: Which boxed set did you get? (Apologies for the off-topicness, Seldaara. xd )

Fantasy Moon Aya: Which boxed set did you get? (Apologies for the off-topicness, Seldaara. xd ) ninja The Detective Saga...and the Dark Tournament part 1...I'm going to get all the DVDs x] Some how... ninja Hopefully my DVD player can play all regions...I have probably 3-5 DVD players since my dad like watching DVDs from Asia. x]
And hopefully I'll get the 3disc set soon. whee I WANT IS SOOOOOOO BAD.
By the way, how come the the reviews I found for Noon Child on movie review websites all say it was quite a bad movie. Now I'm getting the impression that some of us only like the movie becaue Gackt and Hyde are in it...Honestly...to the people who actually watched the movie. Is the movie itself actually good? Just imagine that Gackt and Hyde weren't in it. Would you still watch it? o.O

Ayami: A lot of sites I've gone to have had very different reviews, some liked it, some didn't, some thought it was just plain whacked. It depends on peoples tastes. If one were to compare it to typical "hollywood-style" movies, I suppose one would come to the conclusion that it's a "bad" movie. I, however, have seen a few Japanese movies, and this is definitely one of the best ones (Returner is good too. whee ).
My theory is this: Everyone here in this guild likes Japanese stuff. The music, anime, culture, all of it. So we would find things to like in the movie. ^.^
Granted, if you took Hyde and Gackt (and You, and Leehom. . . ) out, it wouldn't be the same, but it would still be an interesting movie.
. . .
Besides, I like vampires. xd

I thought the ending was good too. It made it more happy kinda. I dunno... hard to explain without giving anything away!

Yeah, I thought Moon Child was kind of strange when I first seen it. Of course the fact that I wasn't using subtitles might of had something to do with that. *lol* Yet even when you know 100% what they're saying, it's still kind of odd for someone used to watch "hollywood-style" films.
The only Japanese movies I'd really watched before MC was a couple of Akira Kurosawa films and a movie called Blood (couple of friends go down two different paths after the girl they both like was raped before their eyes). I like Japanese movies though. I think I'm starting to tire of Western films. sweatdrop Lately I've found myself watching those creature flicks that air on the Sci-Fi Channel like Rebirth of Mothra. xd
