Wow. Lots of ppl run sprints. lol
I run all sprinting events possible except the 400. lol my coach likes to make me choose every meet.
I run:
100
200
4X100
4X200
&
Medly(for high school meets)

these are what i do on a frequent basis
Indoor Track
55 HH
500
4x400
Outdoor
110 HH
300m Int Hurdles
4x400
last year i did do the 4x100 as well
so a
my fav is the 300m hurdles hehe. i love sprinting... because its a hurdle race type. hehe

I love sprints too. I can't run anything farther than a 200, but that's alright. lol

cuz they don't ahve a lot of long distance runners but i hate runnign on the track..... you run around and around in a circle and it's an actual competion instead of XC where you run against urself....

Sol_the_cow riverrock05 Sol_the_cow hello im solomon but everyone calls me sol i love cows i dont no y though im 12 and in6th grade SMS a small school in springfeild oregon i luv 2 run and so does my freind castro(his first name is anthony but i call him castro)we run alot i like punk rock and im also a christian (booya)my gf is Kamzy we go to the same school whee woot my best freind is ryan he is physco litterally i have been running 4 about 3-4 years now its the best thing ever!!!!! i luv running heart heart heart heart heart so thats me pretty much.oh and i luv the beatles the used and AFI and my chemical romance Woah..lots to type lol...nice to meet you! biggrin thnx No problem hehe what's new?

our season is almost over, all we have left is our meet tomarrow, and like um....i improved 13 seconds on my 4oo meter, and i improved 9 seconds on my 2oo meter, and like this was my first time runnin since 7th grade, and like im in 9th grade, and i cant wait till nxt year to do this again!!!!!! crying im going to miss everybody crying esp heart quinn lol he is a cutie!!!!!! heart
