Actually they can all be classified under visual kei, the type of music Malice Mizer and Dir en Grey produce is somewhat gothic...I guess....I don't really listen to Dir en Grey, I have like one song, Malice Mizer however has some very operetic songs, its actually very soothing for the most part. As well as Manas new band Moi Dix Mois. X Japan (which is incredibly awesome btw) is not "gothicish" in the least, their music has a wide range from soft ballads like their songs Crucify My Love, to harder music such as Blue Blood, and I Will Kill You. These bands are really nothing to fear, I saw Mana in the summer and he wasn't scary, he's just another person.

.....just another person people spent hours in line to see, and openly wept at the sight of as if he were the promised land....

Oh, and this is completely on topic. I like the Pillows and Gackt.

I love you, my woman heart

I love it when you play hard to get...you're such a silly sweetie!

Oh, honeybear, your love of Hide pales in comparison to my love for you. Shall I take photos while you sleep, trek to Kinko's, blow them up, and cover my walls with them, all to prove my devotion? I think not.

Cheers ninja
