"Chan....don't come any closer", I yelled. "I will talk with you...but I want you to stay over there.....away from me....I don't trust you. And for that you can't blame me", I said as I shifted my wait from foot to foot not liking the situation at all.

Chan smiled alittle, "What you dont trust your teach the person that let you a homeless little girl into my house and life, you dont trust me the person that has given you things of great power, I the person that has saved you and your closest friend. You wont trust me?" Chan said as he continued to slowly walk towards her.

I took a step backwards as I started to shake slightly. "I trust Chan....you aren't the Chan I once knew.....you've changed....no I don't trust you anymore....not when you are....like this.....STOP! Don't come closer", I said though I knew I couldn't stop him from advancing. I got ready to run for for my life. "What is it that you want to say"!?

Chan smiled alittle, He then ran fast enough to where she couldnt see him ran behind her and grabbed her arms, "Dont worry my child i wont hurt you im not after you. All i want to do is talk."

I struggled for a moment before stopping and breathing in short staggered breaths. "What is it you want chan", I said. "I am not in the mood, let go! I'll listen to you without you holdin onto me! Let go now", I said angerily.

Chan laughed alittle as he let go of her arms, "Sit down, i really need to speak to you." Chan then walked over to some rocks where they could sit and talk.

I watched him closely never taking my eyes off him for a moment as I went and sat down on a rock near to him. "So talk then....Im here....I'm listening", I said still nervous about his demenour.

I relaxed just a tad at the thought growing sadder, "He died.......Kang did", I said softly in a whisper. "I'm sorry that I used your villiage burning grounds....", I said but continued to watch Chan closely. I felt tears burning in my eyes but I refused them let loose.

Chan looked down at the ground trying not to laugh, "Its ok for you to use the grounds in the village, and its ok im sorry for your lose."Chan said as he hugged her trying to get her to trust him again.

I relaxed a bit more, becoming really confused. "Chan? I don't understand? Why......you seem almost nice now. Why", I asked as I felt a tear roll down my cheek. I then nodded my head,"Thats right you know whats its like to loose a spouse....you lost your wife....", I said sadly.

Chan nodded alittle, "Yes i lost my wife son and parents almost around the same time." A tear then ran down Chan face but it was more from trying not to laugh and her sadness. Chan then reached into his bag and took a few grains of dark sand out, "Here this will help you all you have to do is put it in your ear or eat it and you will feel better soon."

I took it into my hand and looked at it. "What is it Chan", I asked as I turned it in my hand.....it didnt look very good. "And why are you helping me", I asked.
