Katricsy Gypsy reached out and gently petted the cheetah, which flinched at her touch but then relaxed. She looked up, glaring and growling, but inside was confused by this strange woman who emitted no evidence of fear or hostile intentions, whose actions made no sense in the world of survival of the fittest. But seeing as her growing and scowling was in vain, the feline went back to her meal. Outwardly she appeared indifferent to the woman's presence. Inwardly, she loved being petted. She was grateful to have had her prey caught for her, and the woman's loving song soothed her spirit. But she didn't budge outwardly; she was too stubborn for that. Gypsy stayed right there until the cheetah's meal was finished, and the cat stood to leave. She followed the creature who didn't have the heart to stop her all the way back to her home, a cave somewhere not to deep in the forest. She (the cheetah) was single and childless and full for the moment, she wasn't in heat and wasn't being hunted, so it must have been time for sleep. She lay down in a corner of the cave and gave the woman who had followed her home a queer look as she joined her. Gypsy drew her Ying fan (the cheetah growled again, again to no avail) and stroked the creature down her back with the fan aglow with the power of light and health. The cheetah's spirit finally broke; she purred and cuddled up to the woman. Gypsy's voice hushed but never stopped singing, she rested against the creature but never stopped stroking, and she finally added some magic to her song. Yiya, Gypsy's pet, appeared on the other side of the cheetah, cuddled, and purred as well. She changed from silver into a glowing white and intensified the heavenly feeling already filling the room. The cheetah was so overwhelmed with love, joy, peace, and other positive emotions that, for the first time in her life, she cried for reasons other than pain. And the three went to sleep just like that. Gypsy, however, was still at work, her mind balancing at the border between REM sleep (the kind where you dream) and wakefulness. She fused their dreams together and started chaining there memories. By the time they awoke, they'd be as close as if they'd been together every moment from each of there separate fertilizations in their mothers' wombs to now. Gypsy woke before her pets. She immediately sat up, knelt before them, and produced a bottle of olive oil. "Aba Father," she began praying softly as she dipped her finger in the bottle, "You continue to amaze me..." She began rubbing the oil a drop at a time into the cheetah's fir, starting at the temple, following the natural pattern the fir laid in, and gazing over the creature as one would over a work of art they were thoroughly impressed with. "How truly wonderful You are. How artistic, how efficient, how wise, how intelligent. Not just this one creature, but the whole jungle. The animals, the spirits, the elementals, the elements... Why, the whole world and all its splendor is accredited to You. And as incredible as it is it?s yet nothing compared to You." "Awe, you're so sweet... What's this costing Me?" Gypsy sort of giggled. "And insightful! They were right in saying You know our hearts! Well, Lord, know first that whatever You give me I will use for Your glory. What's mine is Yours-" "Go on, ask already! Anything, it's yours!""Well, Lord, it's a rather special request... I've never heard of You doing such a thing before... Of course I know you can, for nothing is too hard for You, You and all your mighty power-" "You have not 'cause you ask not. There's a first time for everything, ask already!""Well, Lord... I know when you save us, we who were made in Your image, we are made into new creatures. Spirit first, then mind, then body at the end of our natural life. This creature I'm anointing now," she was rubbing down the cheetah's back at this point, "I want to dedicate it to you, but not as a burnt offering, for how will such a beautiful creature put to death help either of us? I know it has no soul to be saved, for I looked and saw myself, but it does have a spirit. Father God, I ask that you make it a new creation as well, giving it a new spirit, one that will drive it to live for You rather than for itself." Anyone in the cave right then could feel God's joy and pleasure at this request. Something like white fire suddenly engulfed the cheetah in the spirit realm. It was so strong, even someone usually blind to the spirit world would notice a kind of glow about it. The cheetah's old spirit was consumed and replaced with a new, one unlike anything I've ever heard of before. It wasn't angelic or human, but neither did it quite match the usual animal spirit. Very similar, but in many ways opposite. The body of the cheetah, meanwhile, smiled, or at least did something like that (as animal expressions tend to be limited). "Is that really all you wanted?""I ask one more thing, Father, though You've really done so much more than enough," she answered as she watched the spiritual flames, filled with joy. "I ask that, when I see my brother shortly, You touch him and teach him and draw him nearer to You, and help him with the operation I will ask him for." "Why not ask Me for it?""I want to benefit my brother." More pleasure filled the room. She went on to dedicate her first pet, Yiya, to Him as well, and then went to find them and herself something to eat.

Arriving back into his home land Chan smiled as his power grew from being around nature just as it has in the past. He then flew towards the clan and the barn.

He closed his eyes and darkness grew on the ground all around him it grew over the thing and turned them to dark sand. "Now leave my lands!!!!!!!"

Chan arrived back in the woods as he stood there, Chan's eyes turned black as the good part of Chan died he then fell to the ground, "Make your self stand human." Chan just laid on the ground so the spirit that told him to stand took control and made him stand up. "Why didnt you stand when i told you to?" " The darkness is taken me fully now, and i like it to much." "Thats is good that you like it. It is part of you now it will stay with you forever even if your daughter finds a way to open her soul's true power." Chan voice softened,"Is there someone that can teach her other then me?" "Yes there is, but it will take time for her to be able to open it and control it." Chan then grew alittle happier,"So what is it we need to do?" The spirits looked at Chan "We need to go to the desert." Chan looked at the spirit that was talking."Why what is in the desert?" The spirit smiled,"An old student of yours and a person that wanted to fight you." Chan smiled as well, "So Runa is the one in the desert."Chan then disappeared as he telaported to the oasis in the desert.

After they shared a meal, Gypsy turned to her first pet. “I think we’ve given them long enough, Yiya. Could you find them for us?” The silvery ocelot sat up and nodded. She closed her eyes and concentrated; the crystals she wore started glowing softly in various colors. The creature’s spirits swept the world, starting with where they were and steadily spiraling outward. What she saw in her mind’s eyes were reflected in the clear spheres. When she spotted Zion Island she stopped exploring and let visions of the isle from every angle fill her mind and, in turn, her jewelry. Gypsy watched her work with love and interest and sat next to her; when she spotted Kabuki on one of the beaches in her pet’s vision, she concentrated and added her power to the mix. The light from that crystal ball glowed brighter and surrounded them. With a flash, they were gone… ((Posting in Zion Island))
