KitsuneNinja Mhiranda I don't want just any n00b coming in and posting. D: But I do have the guild open so anyone can see it and apply. neutral No, but I thought public guilds still required an application of some sort. And THEN approval from the guild administrators. And, for the heck of it, I have both Bunnies and Chickies. xd The Chickies are just lent out to someone right now. No, public guilds allow ANYONE to post and you can't ban them unless they're members, and then again, all that can do is kick them out of the guild itself. They can still post.
Private guilds you can still see on the guilds list, but you have to invite people or accept applications before they can actually post. Hidden guilds are the kind where no one can see it or post in it unless they've been invited.
We're just a private guild. 3nodding

I like it!
How would we pull it off though?
Hm...I suppose like a song lyrics thread maybe. You can make it if you want. I'm too lazy. :p

Mm, well, regardless...
Members is what we need and there are many guilds floating around out there. Publicity may very well give people an inside peek and a feel of how our guild will run before they actually apply.
But, of course, there's that risk of newbies, but, Jesus, what DOESN'T have the risk of newbies? After all, the original CaU consisted entirely of newbies before the regulars began to attach their roots there.

I could make the guild public for a while until we get more people whom I would be willing to add as members, then they can recruit their friends, etc.
We do need new people anyway.

How 'bout a classifieds thread? So people who want to sell stuff can give the people in the Guild first crack. Or somethin' like that. 3nodding

We do need new people anyway. well, to avoid the noobs, you can ask that everyone has 150 posts. to make sure that it's true, ask someone to check out the person's profile and see if they have at least over 150. from lack of things to do, i could do it.
when or if you make your guild public for a while, you could post some threads in the guild forum as publicity. anyway, if anyone asks to join and if you have ask about 150 posts, send their names to me and i'll check it out. i really want to help you as much as i can. ^_~

This guild sucks. It needs more activity and less inactivity.
Someone should make it better. Get to work.
