It was late when Atsuma made it home again. He had detoured to the training grounds for a little extra pratice but left when other students had arrived.
He had his own private space to work in the back yard and thats where he ended up. His latest experiement was another illusionary technique that utalized fear. He had read about it a while back and had decided to try it, however it required a living person to use it against and he had yet to get a live partner. Maybe he could ask Hilts latter. For now he worked on chakra shuriken, molding his energy into sharp white spikes that shot into the air and than burst into a spread of smaller needles to rain down upon the target like glistening tears.

The spike stuck deep than disinigrated, leaving pinprick holes in their wake. Atsuma licked his lips and preformed the technique again, this time guiding the chakra mid flight to set them exactly into the same points. control and skill over power.
He was thinking of Kold and the shear force that he seemed to possess. He was powerful, but without any real challanges it seemed like he never learned the careful control needed to retain stamina in a fight. Still he did well. Natural ability Atsuma supposed but it still seem so unhuman to him, like some sort of demon stood where the boy Kold should have been.
He switched his technique and used 'shuriken Kage bunshin', mutliplying a thrown Kunai times ten to desimate a already ragged stuffed dummy.

Manndar walked around back and saw Atsuma there. "Hello friend" Manndar said. "THere is evil afoot today, maybe this will be of use." Manndar attempts to give him a book that says: Evil Repelling For Dummys Manndar.

Atsuma stops mid seal as he had been preparing to try a new technique and casts a look towards the intruder. Manndar... the one he had fought in the tournament. Atsuma straightened, breathing alittle more heavily than usuaual and turned to face the other boy. "Evil?" He asked with a curious glance at the book. He however was apparently uninterested and instead folded his arms neatly over his chest to give his would-be opponent a good once over. "You heal alright?" He asked, changing the subject without ever reaching for the text.

Atsuma straightened, breathing alittle more heavily than usuaual and turned to face the other boy. "Evil?" He asked with a curious glance at the book. He however was apparently uninterested and instead folded his arms neatly over his chest to give his would-be opponent a good once over. "You heal alright?" He asked, changing the subject without ever reaching for the text. "Good enough" Manndar said with a grin. He left the hosptal before he was completely cured cause doctors creep him out. "A good benefit of carrying this curse (Manndar pulls out his book) is that it heals me, slowly but surely..... How bout you?"

Atsuma came around to meet the new arrival, combing pale locks from his face and waving to Manndar. "See ya!" He lookes to Sakonudon. "Oh. I forgot to thank you for healing me." He gave a small bow than looked up to address the initial statment. "You have Information?" He was obviously interested.

Atsuma followed, closing them into the dusky light of his near emptry home. The kitchen table was the only furniture, with cushions rather than chairs... it was only about three feet off the floor. "I see. What kind of information? I take it you observed the matches.."

Atsuma eyed the scroll. "Interesting..." Information was always useful. "What about Kinin? He fought Shinji in the last match... I missed most of it."

The pair spoke quietly for a time before Atsuma breached the topic and presented a more open one. "Well I hope to see you at the match. Kinin will be a strong opponent and if he knows as much about me as you seem to know about him... which I'm sure he may, it will be that much harder."
