bedaman I like shika because he seams to be like me ... A lazy, smart ,and kind guy .... Doesnt usually seam possible but thats me. mrgreen Plus shika is cool.

The laidback, nothing-doing ninja! XD I like him for that. Plus, he's a good leader, even if he thinks he's not. And an IQ over 200? Impressive. Smart guys are awesome.

The fact that he actually uses strategy. I hated it when neji got his own crazy complicated plan explanation thing, that was seriously uncool... Plus, I feel that in many ways, I to, have a little shikamaru in me (not that way pervs gonk )

I like the fact his personality resembles mine (yes even the word troublesome except mine is cantonese) well I guess I like everything about him, funny cuz' I hate everything about me.

shikamru-kun he is JUST PLAIN COOL
he's lazy[like me]...he doesnt really have much techniques...but he doesnt need too have much cause he's just cool like that..... xd ..nah its cause he's smart even if he's lazy and such.......when he talks he gets straight to the point......
he's just one i aspire to be...

I like Shikamaru, because were sorta the same. I constantly fall asleep during my classes (mostly history and math) and I complain a lot. But other than that, I also like that he's a humble genius although he can be sexist some times. And his attitude towards life is hillarious! xd And he can do the Shika Shake!

Well, i think maybe he is so popular because you really don't see the combination of laziness and intelligence that often. Of course we all know smart people, but they aren't usually lazy-- just like how lazy people aren't always the most brightest.
