Momo sat under a nearby tree with both knees hugged to her chest, with her plush yeti. She was watching a group of people nearby. As of yet no one had taken notice of her. She let a yawn escape her lips as she hugged her yeti, Martini, closer. She rested her chin on top of his head. Momo had little to no intention of leaving the tree until the rain had stopped. She did not care for the water that was falling all around her.
"Oh Martini, what are we to do?"

Josh looked up to look at the random stranger who was suddenly ordering him around. "Ah... Okay?" He looked back down at Cait and tried to lift her. He failed, of course, and after a few fruitless moments, he looked back to the random guy. "Hey, you wanna give me a hand?"

Momo watched the strangers begin to leave the park. She lifted her arms over her head and began to lightly stretch, arching her back slightly. She yawned once more and her eyes drowsily closed partially. Momo lazily looked at her surroundings, moving only her eyes and not her head.

Mitch began walking when he realized something and said, "Actually, maybe you should carry her. I don't want a black eye."

"Obviously not; it appears this young lady passed out and landed in the mud," Mitch replied.

Momo began to grow tired of all the attention the unconcious girl was receiving. Why is she so special? She's only passed out. Momo lied out on the grass and used Martini as a pillow. She crossed one leg over the other and looked up through the tree branches. She saw as the raindrops transfered from one leaf ot the next. This rain better stop soon. Damn... where's an umbrella when you need one?

"Torrents tumble from the troposhere, drenching dress and dermis." Mitch's diversion from his pedestrian commute began to irritate him. "Why waste time while weather waterlogs my work wear? If we head to my apartment, which is less than a hundred yards away, we can be out of the rain and drying."

redface Mitch suddenly realized that there was no one arguing with him, and that the only two people nearby were the girl and the albino. "I swear, I'm not crazy," he said to the Pale One. "There was someone just here wasn't there-Oh, it's been a long night. Let's get out of the rain."

Momo began to feel drowsy. Her eyes slowly closed as the sound of the rain faded away. Her head fell to the side as one arm lay across her chest, moving up and down to the rhythm of her heart. Momo lay sleeping under the tree.
