... we're talking about ANIME, Singsaith. The VAs have to be Japanese, unless its *shudder* dubs... and Hollywood actors dont dub anime... anime dubs go to studios like 4Kids (*screams girlishly*) Toonami, and Adult Swim...
I don't know much about Japanese VAs/Seiyuus, but a lot of good seiyuus do Inuyasha. Based off the Inuyasha Seiyuus, here's who might be good...
Felix- Kappei Yamaguchi... *drools* (Inuyasha)
Jenna- Houko Kuwashima (Sango)
Sheba- Um... maybe Akiko Yajima? (Kohaku)
Picard- ... hmm...
Isaac- ... er...
